What’s changing for Mosaic members.
Mosaic comes with complimentary upgrades to BlueFirst and a Perks You Pick menu that's unique to every status level. The higher you climb, the more you have to choose from.
Complimentary upgrades to BlueFirst.
- Mosaic members are eligible for complimentary, space-available upgrades to BlueFirst.
- You and up to one companion on the same reservation are automatically added to the upgrade list at check-in when a BlueFirst seat is available.
- Eligible customers are upgraded in priority order as departure approaches.
- Upgrades begin with the arrival of our first BlueFirst-equipped aircraft.
- Main Base and EvenMore Base fares are not eligible.
Move to Mint is now Premium Upgrade Certificates.
- Move to Mint certificates are now called Premium Upgrade Certificates, offering more ways to upgrade.
- Premium Upgrade Certificates can be redeemed toward a confirmed upgrade to Mint or BlueFirst, subject to availability.⁶
- Starting 2/1/27, Mosaic 2 members can select a Premium Upgrade Certificate as a Perks You Pick benefit.
- Mosaic 3 and Mosaic 4 members will continue to receive Premium Upgrade Certificates as part of their Mosaic Signature Perks.

Your Mosaic Signature Perks are staying largely the same, with two additions:
Pet Fee Waiver at Mosaic 2.
5X total points at grocery stores and restaurants.
Mosaic Perks You Pick at each level.
You'll still unlock a Perks You Pick selection at each Mosaic level. What's new is what you can choose from. If you pick points at every level, that's up to 70,000 bonus TrueBlue points by Mosaic 4.

Yes. If a perk is offered at more than one milestone, you can pick it again each time you reach one.
You have 60 days from reaching an eligible milestone. If you don't make a selection in that time, it expires. The 60-day window doesn't apply to selections earned through 1/31/27.
You can still select and use them through 1/31/27.
No. A Tile Bonus adds to your current qualification year's tile balance. A Tile Bonus Headstart applies to your next qualification year.
No. If you and your trip are eligible, you'll be added to the BlueFirst upgrade list automatically when you check in.
No. Space-available upgrades are for BlueFirst only.

Card Account must be open and in good standing at the time the Perk is selected, issued, redeemed, or fulfilled, as applicable. Unless otherwise stated, JetBlue Premier Card-exclusive Perks You Pick are available to eligible primary Cardmembers and authorized users; Companion Pass Perks are available only to eligible primary Cardmembers. Once a perk selection is confirmed, the selection is final and may not be modified, exchanged, or canceled.

Early Boarding, Alcoholic Drink and Priority Security Perks You Pick selections will be applied to the member's next eligible flight operated by JetBlue. Early Boarding is not offered on Main Base or EvenMore Base fares.

Alcoholic beverages are only offered to and may only be consumed by members 21 years of age and older.

Premium Upgrade Certificates may be used toward a confirmed upgrade to BlueFirst at no additional fare, pending availability, on eligible JetBlue-operated flights. Certificates may also be applied toward a confirmed upgrade to Mint®, subject to availability. The number of certificates required for an upgrade will vary based on cabin and flight distance, as published by JetBlue. Premium Upgrade Certificates may not be used with Main Base or EvenMore Base fares.
