On the horizon for 2027
Here's what's coming to TrueBlue.
Starting February 1, 2027, TrueBlue gives you more say in what you earn and more reasons to keep going. Here's what's changing across the program:
- Keep choosing the perks you love. Each new milestone unlocks a fresh selection. You can choose a favorite you've picked before or try something new.
- Get to Mosaic faster with new perks. These include a new 2-Tile Bonus to help you reach Mosaic faster, plus BlueHouse Passes for eligible Mosaic members—and more.
- More opportunities to upgrade to BlueFirst. Starting with the arrival of our first BlueFirst-equipped aircraft, Mosaic members and eligible JetBlue Premier Cardmembers can enjoy complimentary upgrades to BlueFirst, our new premium experience, when a seat is available.¹
- Unlock more with your JetBlue Premier Card. Eligible Premier Cardmembers can enjoy exclusive perks and space-available upgrades to BlueFirst—designed to make the TrueBlue program and the Premier Card even more rewarding.²
Pick your perks. Then pick them again.
Perks You Pick is no longer one-and-done. Every eligible milestone lets you choose any perk on that milestone's menu, including one you've picked before.
How it works
- Reach an eligible milestone. You'll unlock a Perks You Pick selection at 10, 20, 30 and 40 tiles, and at every Mosaic level.
- Choose from that milestone's menu. Before you reach Mosaic, you get the same menu at every milestone from 10 to 40 tiles. Once you reach Mosaic, each status level has its own menu.
- Make your pick within 60 days. Selections not made within 60 days expire. You only need to choose within that window. You don't have to use the perk by then.
- Keep earning, and pick again. Your next milestone unlocks a new selection. Choose the same favorite or switch it up.³
What’s changing before you reach Mosaic.
You don't need Mosaic status to make TrueBlue your own. You'll unlock Perks You Pick at 10, 20, 30 and 40 tiles.
- New: 2-Tile Bonus. This new pick moves you closer to your next milestone and to Mosaic.
- Points are now a 1,000-Point Bonus, and you can pick it at every milestone.
- Day-of-travel perks are now one-time use. Early Boarding, Alcoholic Drink and Priority Security passes apply to your next eligible flight. If you want one again, pick it at your next milestone.
- Retiring: 2X points on your next JetBlue Vacations booking. You can still select and use this perk through 1/31/27.
Your Perks You Pick menu
Here's what you can choose from at each milestone before you reach 50 tiles:

FAQs
Most changes take effect February 1, 2027. That includes the new Perks You Pick menus, the ability to pick a perk again and the new Mosaic Signature Perks. Complimentary space-available upgrades to BlueFirst begin with the arrival of our first BlueFirst-equipped aircraft. Premium Upgrade Certificates can already be redeemed toward upgrades to Mint or BlueFirst on flights where they’re available to book.
Yes. If a perk is offered at more than one milestone, you can pick it again each time you reach one.
You have 60 days from reaching an eligible milestone. If you don't make a selection in that time, it expires. The 60-day window doesn't apply to selections earned through 1/31/27.
You can still select and use them through 1/31/27.
No. A Tile Bonus adds to your current qualification year's tile balance. A Tile Bonus Headstart applies to your next qualification year.
No. If you and your trip are eligible, you'll be added to the BlueFirst upgrade list automatically when you check in.
No. Space-available upgrades are for BlueFirst only.
Premium Upgrade Certificates join the Mosaic 2 Perks You Pick menu starting 2/1/27.

JetBlue Premier Card-exclusive Perks You Pick and related card benefits are available only to eligible JetBlue Premier Cardmembers, subject to the applicable JetBlue Premier World Elite Mastercard® Reward Rules, Cardmember Agreement, TrueBlue Terms and Conditions, and any additional benefit-specific terms. Card Account must be open and in good standing at the time the Perk is selected, issued, redeemed, or fulfilled, as applicable. Unless otherwise stated, JetBlue Premier Card-exclusive Perks You Pick are available to eligible primary Cardmembers and authorized users; Companion Pass Perks are available only to eligible primary Cardmembers. Companion Pass statement credits are limited to the eligible companion's base fare, up to the stated maximum value, and taxes, fees, ancillary charges, fare differences, and other charges remain the responsibility of the Cardmember. Once a perk selection is confirmed, the selection is final and may not be modified, exchanged, or canceled.

Early Boarding, Alcoholic Drink and Priority Security Perks You Pick selections will be applied to the member's next eligible flight operated by JetBlue. Early Boarding is not offered on Main Base or EvenMore Base fares.

Premium Upgrade Certificates may be used toward a confirmed upgrade to BlueFirst at no additional fare, pending availability, on eligible JetBlue-operated flights. Certificates may also be applied toward a confirmed upgrade to Mint®, subject to availability. The number of certificates required for an upgrade will vary based on cabin and flight distance, as published by JetBlue. Premium Upgrade Certificates may not be used with Main Base or EvenMore Base fares.
