Move to Mint

You can use your certificates for yourself and others included in the same reservation. However, certificates cannot be used for others if the certificate holder is not traveling on the same reservation. Certificates cannot be gifted or transferred.

Certificates must be booked by their expiration date, but changes to the flight cannot be made after they have expired. Any changes would result in a downgrade or loss of applied certificates. 

Certificates can be applied from the time of booking confirmation up to 2 hours before departure.

Please contact the dedicated Mosaic support to remove certificates. If you need to cancel a flight, please do so through Manage Trips before the time of departure and the certificates will be redeposited back into your account.

As a TrueBlue member, you earn tiles with every purchase on eligible flights, JetBlue Vacations packages, and TrueBlue travel. Earn 150 tiles to reach Mosaic 3 and qualify for 4 Move to Mint certificates. Reach Mosaic 4 for 4 additional certificates, and continue to earn 2 more for everyone additional 100 tiles earned. You can use your certificates as soon as you reach Mosaic 3.

• Move to Mint allows you to confirm your spot in Mint on any Mint-eligible route, with no exclusions on dates or times.
• The only out-of-pocket cost will be taxes. 
• The number of certificates needed are dynamic and depend on factors like route, date, and time of day. 

Move to Mint excludes Base fares and group bookings. Pets and unaccompanied minors are not allowed in Mint.

Full points bookings and Cash + Points bookings are eligible for Move to Mint. 

If you have already moved to Mint and want to Same-Day Switch, you should first change to the desired flight using Manage Trips and then re-apply the Move to Mint certificates, if there are sufficient Mint seats and certificates available. The number of certificates to Move to Mint may differ.
