JetBlue group guidelines
The following guidelines for group bookings take precedence over JetBlue’s general fare rules and restrictions.
Please note: Individuals in group bookings are not able to check in online, through the JetBlue mobile app, or at an airport kiosk. When you arrive at the airport, please proceed to the ticket counter and a crewmember will be happy to assist you with your check in.
You can submit a request for a group booking on our website. Once you do, one of our dedicated groups crewmembers will contact you within the next few business days with a quote and help answer any questions you may have.
Please keep in mind that submitting the online request does not hold space or guarantee availability or fares.
