Finding, printing, sending boarding passes
- The JetBlue app - review your upcoming trip. With this option, you can also save your boarding pass to your Apple Wallet for easy access. Download the free JetBlue app to access your self-scannable boarding pass.
- Fill out your information on the Manage Trips page, hit enter to go to the ‘My Booking’ page, then use the Get Boarding Pass option on the bottom of your My Booking page to view and print your boarding pass.
- At the airport, print your boarding pass at the kiosk or ticket counter.
- Check in with JetBlue or a partner airline - whichever is the first flight on your itinerary.
- For third party bookings, use the same check-in options to access your boarding pass.
- Connecting flight boarding passes are issued via app, email or at the airport when you check in if you have seat assignments on both segments of your flights.
- If you are placed on the standby list for the first flight, you will only receive the first segment boarding pass.
- When you are issued a seat assignment for that segment, that will prompt the connecting boarding pass to print too.
- For group bookings, you are required to check in at the ticket counter with an Airport Crewmember. All boarding passes will be issued at that time.
- On the Manage Your Trip page, look above your flight details.
- Share your booking details by using the “Save as PDF” icon. (The icon image looks like a piece of paper with a folded edge). Select the icon.
- A copy of your reservation will be downloaded as a PDF file. Click on it.
- Share by emailing or texting the pdf file to yourself or others.
- NOTE: This downloaded info. will not include your boarding pass. Go to the JetBlue app to see your boarding pass or print it at a JetBlue airport kiosk.
- Connecting boarding passes are issued when you check in, if you have seat assignments on both segments of your flights.
- If you are placed on the standby list for the first flight, you will only receive the first segment boarding pass.
- When you are issued a seat assignment for that segment, that will prompt the connecting boarding pass to print too. It will be available at the gate or on your app.
If you already have your boarding pass (mobile or paper), you don’t need to stop at the kiosk but you can if you want to change seats, purchase EvenMore®, extra legroom seats, Even More Speed, add your TrueBlue or Known Traveler numbers, or even add a pet (subject to space availability on flight), with just a few clicks.
Make changes
- Information on the boarding pass reflects what is on your reservation.
- To change details on your boarding pass, go to Manage Trips then fill in your information, hit enter, access and update your Traveler Details.
- If the correction cannot be fixed through Manage Trips, contact us for assistance.
- Add your TSA PreCheck Known Traveler Number by entering your information on the Manage Trips page, then using the Update Traveler Details option on the bottom of the page.
- We suggest you add your TSA PreCheck at least 24 hours prior to your flight.
- Verify the following:
- Known traveler number was entered correctly.
- Name on your reservation, date of birth and gender exactly match the info. attached to your traveler number.
- TSA PreCheck enrollment has not expired.
- As a reminder, TSA PreCheck is not guaranteed for every flight.
- Visit our TSA Pre✓® page, the Transportation Security Administration’s TSA PreCheck page, or contact TSA at 866-289-9673.
- In order to make a change after checking in, you’ll need to “uncheck in.” Yes – that is a thing. Unchecking unlocks your reservation so you can change your flight plans yourself.

To uncheck:

Go to the jetblue.com homepage and select Check in
- Add your name and confirmation code or ticket number
- Select Find Flights and Continue
- Select Travelers to be Unchecked and then Cancel Check-in
- Follow prompt to complete the process

You should see a notification that says you are unchecked.
Proceed to the Manage Trips tool to rebook or make changes yourself.Note: If you are unable to uncheck yourself, please reach out for assistance. If you are already at the airport, go to the airport ticket counter for assistance.
You will not be able to uncheck yourself within 30 minutes of your scheduled departure time.

Yes. When you check in, lap infants receive a boarding pass with the indicator INFT under their seat assignment. Their boarding pass will not have a ticket number.
Troubleshooting issues
If you did not get errors while completing your attestation form, try to check in and print your boarding pass at the airport kiosk or with an airport crewmember.
We recommend that you arrive as soon as possible to have your reservation reviewed. There may be a delay, wrong information, or it may be too late to check in for your flight online.
- We suggest that you speak with an Airport Crewmember regarding rebooking your flight.
- Missed flights are not eligible for denied boarding compensation.
- Go to the JetBlue Just Ask desk in larger cities for rebooking if you are inside security.

Baggage solutions
- Print bag tags for your luggage at curbside check-in, an airport kiosk, or at the ticket counter with an airport crewmember.
- Bag tags cannot be printed at home.
- Proof of checked baggage will not appear on your boarding pass.
- When your bags are tagged, you will receive bag tag receipts – one for each checked bag.
