Request a receipt
Need a receipt?
If you need a receipt for a past or future flight booked directly with JetBlue, please access your original JetBlue confirmation email and reference the Payment Details.
- If you no longer have your emailed itinerary, or for purchases made after your initial booking (bag fees, EvenMore® seat fees, priority security, etc.) you may submit a request online from our request receipt page.
- Please be ready to provide the full name on the ticket, flight date, email address, and your six-letter confirmation code. Find your confirmation code.
We’re not able to send receipts for:
- Itineraries that include hotels, car rentals, etc. (bulk fares).
- Reservations in which travel was completed over 13 months ago.
- Reservations on other airlines, including Interline and Codeshare flights.
- Reservations made through a travel agency including online travel agencies like Orbitz, Travelocity, etc.
- Inflight purchases.
Find your itinerary
For exchanged tickets, a receipt will only be available for your most recently-exchanged ticket. If you need a receipt for your original itinerary, please access your original JetBlue confirmation email and reference the Payment Details.
If you no longer have your emailed itinerary or if your reservation has been divided, contact us and have the following items available: Your full name on the ticket, flight date, six-letter confirmation code, and the purchases you need detailed.
If you are a Peruvian citizen and would like to request a receipt for a past flight to/from Lima, Peru, please email reservaciones@jetblue.com.

JetBlue Vacations receipts
Please refer to your original JetBlue Vacations itinerary, call 1-844-JBVACAY (844-528-2229) to speak directly with our Vacations team, or request a receipt via email.
Group travel receipts

Inflight purchase receipts
- While on board, you may request an electronic receipt via email from our Inflight crew.
- Receipt for purchases made onboard must be requested at the time of the purchase. Onboard receipts cannot be processed after flight.
- Inflight purchases can take up to four weeks to post to your credit card.

- Look above your flight details on the Manage Your Trip page
- Share your booking details by using the “Save as PDF” icon (the icon image looks like a piece of paper with a folded edge).
- Select the icon.
- A copy of your reservation will be downloaded as a PDF file. Click on it.
- Share by emailing or texting the PDF file to yourself or others.
Receipts from JetBlue include:
- Date of request
- City pairs travelled
- Confirmation code/Record locator
- Travel date
- Flight number
- Traveler name
- Ticket number
- Base fare amount
- Taxes & fees breakdown (including currency type and purpose code)
- Taxes & fees total
- Payment type (including last four digits of account number, if applicable)
- Base fare total
- Total paid
- All confirmation emails now include your receipt.
- For future use, there is a link located in your confirmation e-mail, in the 'Payment Details’ section under the purchase date. This link also allows you to request a receipt for the flight associated with that confirmation e-mail.
After your trip is completed, we can no longer provide a copy of your boarding pass. Boarding passes are available 24 hours prior to your flight’s departure time until the flight departs.
- Inflight receipts must be requested at time of onboard purchase.
- Purchases made on board a JetBlue flight are not connected to our Reservations system. As a result, we are unable to assist with receipt requests for inflight purchases.
- JetBlue has a cashless cabin, so be sure to check your credit card charges for purchase records.

- Receipts are not available for reservations more than 13 months old.
If the reservation was cancelled, you may still request a receipt through the request a receipt form. The receipt will also include your refund method information.
- No. Since TrueBlue Points don’t have a dollar amount for the air fare, your receipt will only show the dollar amount paid toward taxes, fees and extras.
- Information regarding how many TrueBlue points were used or refunded can be accessed by logging into your TrueBlue account.
