Tiles
What are tiles?
Tiles are a new way to track a TrueBlue member’s progress towards earning TrueBlue perks and Mosaic status, that replaces Mosaic-Qualifying Points. You earn tiles on your qualifying spend¹ with JetBlue and select partner flights, JetBlue Vacations and TrueBlue Travel—even on extras and fees for checked bags, pets and more—as well as on all JetBlue credit cards. That’s in addition to earning TrueBlue points like you already do.
There are two different ratios for earning tiles.
- 1 tile = $100 spent¹ on qualifying flights, JetBlue Vacations, TrueBlue Travel
- 1 tile = $1,000 spent² on all JetBlue credit cards².
You can view your tile tracker on the TrueBlue member dashboard. You’ll also be able to select your perks from your dashboard, view your Mosaic progress or level, and more.
No, tiles can’t be redeemed for award flights, for Cash + Points bookings, to purchase extras or to purchase other JetBlue products. You’ll still be able to earn and redeem TrueBlue points for that.

Good question! Tiles are earned based on the purchase price in USD, and not in a local currency.
Points Pooling lets members share points, while Family Tiles helps guardians with linked children (ages 12 and under) earn perks and Mosaic status. You can be enrolled in both programs at the same time, even with different groups.
Learn more about Family TilesYes, Blue Basic fares earn tiles on the base airfare, just as other JetBlue fares do.
Tiles are not transferable, but a Mosaic member that selects the 20-tile bonus from the Perks You Pick can opt to gift the 20 tiles to another member.
No, you must spend $100 on flight spend or $1,000 in JetBlue credit card spend to earn a single tile. Once earned, a tile earned by flight spend and a tile earned by JetBlue credit card spend will both count towards Mosaic status and TrueBlue perks.
