- Members will still have access to redeem their individual balance while contributing to the pool.
- Members can leave the pool with their remaining balance of unused points.
Redemption Access
- Pool Leader can designate other members in the pool to redeem from the pooled balance.
If you are at least 21 years of age, you can create a Points Pooling account after you have logged into your TrueBlue account on jetblue.com. Navigate to the “Start a Pool” tab of the Dashboard and click “Get Started." From there, simply follow the on-screen instructions.
Adding to Points Pool
You can access your Points Pooling account after you have logged into your TrueBlue account on jetblue.com. Navigate to “My Pool” and then “Manage My Pool.” From there you can easily add or remove members from your Points Pooling account—simply follow the on-screen instructions.
When adding an individual to a Points Pooling account you must provide their first name and email address. They will then receive an invitation by email and can choose to accept the invitation to join your pool.
For TrueBlue members under the age of 13, the parent/legal guardian of the child must enroll the child in Points Pooling and complete all Points Pooling activity. As a parent/legal guardian, you can add your child to a pool after you have logged into your TrueBlue account on jetblue.com. Simply go to the “Enroll a Child” link in the navigation (you can also do this in the “Edit Profile” section). On the child enrollment form, you’ll have to make a decision if you want to create a pool or add this child to your existing pool.
As a Pool Leader, if you’ve already enrolled your child and you just want to add them to your pool, you can do this from the “Manage My Pool” page. If you aren’t a Pool Leader, you can do this from the “My Pool” tab.
In order to keep families together in the same pool, if the child is still under 13 years old when the parent/legal guardian leaves a pool, the child leaves the pool with the parent/legal guardian and the child and the parent/legal guardian are then placed in a new pool automatically (with the parent/legal guardian being the Pool Leader). If a child turns 13 years old when the parent/legal guardian leaves, only the parent/legal guardian will leave and the 13-year-old will stay in the pool.
No. If a child turns 13 years old, they will remain in the pool.
Our four-legged friends can’t join a pool.
Changing or Removing from Points Pool
You can make changes whenever you like. However, once you remove a pool member (or a pool member leaves), the spot in the pool they just left is locked for six months.
You may contact us.
You can remove yourself from a pool after you have logged into your TrueBlue account on jetblue.com. Simply click on the “Leave Pool” button on the “My Pool” tab of the Dashboard.
Redeeming Points Pool
Not at all. You are free to join another pool immediately after you leave or even start a new pool (as long as you are 21 years or older), if you’d like.
The Pool Leader, along with any Pool Member given redemption privileges by the Pool Leader, can redeem TrueBlue points from the Points Pooling account. Note that anyone with redemption privileges can redeem without the permission of other Pool Members. The Pool Leader can remove any person from the Points Pooling account at any time, and the member will leave with their remaining unused balance of TrueBlue points.
If you have enough points in your individual balance to redeem for a particular award, the points come from your individual balance. If your individual balance doesn’t have enough points, the points will still first come from your individual balance until it’s filled up and then it’ll go “first in first out” across other members.
Yes. You can still redeem from your individual balance up until that individual balance is reached.
