What is Mosaic?
Mosaic refers to the top tiers of TrueBlue membership. As our most loyal and frequent customers, our Mosaic members enjoy more perks and more points to elevate their JetBlue experience even further.
You’ll get notification on your dashboard when you log in to your TrueBlue account and will be prompted to view your new signature perk(s) that have been unlocked and select a perk from the Perks You Pick menu. You’ll also receive an email letting you know.
There are 4 levels of Mosaic, each with its own Mosaic Signature Perks, plus Mosaic Perks You Pick® to customize your experience further. Learn more about perks.
TrueBlue members can qualify for Mosaic 1 by earning 50 tiles, Mosaic 2 by earning 100 tiles, Mosaic 3 by earning 150 tiles, and Mosaic 4 by earning 250 tiles.

What are the Perks You Pick for Mosaic?
The Mosaic Perks You Pick are designed to complement our Mosaic Signature Perks while adding more value and a more personalized experience for our most frequent travelers.
Mosaics may choose from the following:

Whereas Mosaic Signature perks are specific to each level of Mosaic, all Mosaic members have access to the same Mosaic Perks You Pick menu so you can customize their experience based on the options most valuable to them. Once you reach Mosaic 1, you’ll be able to select a perk from the Perks You Pick menu, then add another one each time you level up. Perks You Pick have the same expiration date as Mosaic Signature Perks.
The pet fee waiver and Mint Suite priority access apply to every JetBlue flight (pending availability) once selected. In addition, all Mosaic Signature Perks apply on all JetBlue-operated flights (pending availability).
Earning Tiles as Mosaic
Yes. You can earn tiles for qualifying spend on JetBlue Vacations and TrueBlue Travel. Please note that for JetBlue Vacations purchases, you will earn tiles based on the qualifying amounts spent on your individual portion of your booking and for TrueBlue Travel purchases, only the lead traveler is eligible to earn tiles on qualifying spend. You will not earn tiles (or TrueBlue points) when using a combination of cash and TrueBlue points towards JetBlue Vacations packages. Learn more about JetBlue Vacations and TrueBlue Travel.
Yes, all qualifying spend (whether it’s travel spend, credit card spend, or both) for the current year will count towards Mosaic qualification for the following year. Earning enough tiles in the current year will qualify you through the following calendar year. All qualifying spend resets on January 1.
Understanding Mosaic Status
Mosaic status is valid for the remainder of the year in which it is earned plus 13 months. For example, if you earn Mosaic status in October 2026, your status will be valid from October 2026 through January 31, 2028. You can earn status based on your qualifying spend, whether it’s travel spend, credit card spend, or both.

As a Mosaic member, you’ll continue to receive Mosaic benefits based on your tier level.
Eligible travelers on the same reservation may receive select benefits, such as complimentary checked bags and early boarding, depending on the Mosaic tier.
Certain benefits, including inflight drink perks, apply only to the Mosaic member (21+).
Blue Basic fares are restricted for same-day switches, as well as free extra legroom, preferred seats, and EvenMore® seats.

Companion benefits, including checked baggage allowances and same-day switch eligibility, vary by Mosaic tier and fare type. Certain fees, including excess, oversized, or overweight baggage fees, may apply.

Weight and size limits and exceptions for itineraries including flights marketed or operated by other airlines apply. All additional benefits accorded to a member with Mosaic status that are extended to others on the same reservation or itinerary are available only if the Mosaic member is present for check-in with all travelers on that same reservation or itinerary and the Mosaic member completes all segments of travel with all travelers associated with that reservation or itinerary. The eligible baggage fee for any other traveler not on the same reservation will still apply.

First free inflight alcoholic drink for Mosaic member 21+. Not available on flights with express or no inflight service (flights under 250 miles) or where prohibited by law. Must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. All alcoholic beverages, whether purchased or provided as part of Mosaic benefits, must be consumed on board the aircraft and may not be removed for off-premises consumption.

Mosaic members may make same-day switches on most fares starting 24 hours before departure without paying a fare difference or the applicable fee. Changes (including same-day switches) are not allowed on Blue Basic fares. Blue Basic fares can be cancelled for a fee of $100 within North America, Central America, and the Caribbean, or $200 for other routes (fare difference may apply). Mosaic benefits that are extended to others on the same reservation are available only if the Mosaic member is present for check-in with all travelers on that same reservation and the Mosaic member completes all segments of travel with all travelers associated with that reservation. The eligible change/cancel fee for any other traveler not on the same reservation will still apply. For eligible changes, a flight fare increase or JetBlue Vacations package increase and change/cancel fees may apply, and for JetBlue Vacations, other Travel Supplier change or cancellation fees may still apply. For bookings made with an entity other than JetBlue, booking agent fees, other third party fees and/or JetBlue third-party booking change/cancel fees may still apply. The Mosaic member must pay all applicable fees and/or any increase in fare or package price at time of change or cancellation or when required by the party assessing the fee. Mosaic benefits are not eligible on group bookings.

The $99 Statement Credit on Select JetBlue Cards is available to Barclays JetBlue Plus World Elite Mastercard® and JetBlue Business Mastercard® cardmembers only. You will be eligible to select this benefit after reaching Mosaic 1 status. The benefit can only be redeemed once per Mosaic qualifying year. If you product trade from Barclays JetBlue Plus Card to the Barclays JetBlue Card, you will no longer be eligible for this benefit. The statement credit will appear 2-4 weeks after you select the benefit. Your Card Account will not be eligible to receive the statement credit if it is closed or in default under your Cardmember Agreement at the time of fulfillment.

Tiles apply (and will be added to tile balance) immediately after selection for the year in which they were selected. Tile balances reset to 0 on January 1 of each year. Starting in 2024, 20-Tile Bonus and Gift a 20-Tile Bonus will be two separate perks. Tiles can only be gifted to another other TrueBlue member and may not be gifted to oneself.
