Password reset emails
Password reset emails may take five minutes to receive, or longer if there are a high number of reset requests. Keep in mind that messages sent to unique email domains can sometimes be undeliverable.
If you don’t receive the password reset email, we recommend taking the following steps:
- Check your junk/spam folder.
- Some email account domains block incoming messages from unknown contacts. Check your blocklist folder if applicable.
- If you are able to access your account, you can change your login email under Profile and Settings and try requesting the password reset again. You can change your email address back after resetting your password.
Account and password requirements
Each TrueBlue account must have a unique login email address. The same email address can’t be associated with multiple accounts.
TrueBlue passwords:
- Must be between 10 and 32 characters.
- Must contain a combination of at least three 3 of the following:
- Lower case letter
- Upper case letter
- Number (0-9)
- Symbol (e.g. !@#$%&)
- Cannot contain part of your first, last or username.
- Cannot be the same as your last three passwords.
- Cannot be your current password.
We recommend that the password not be a proper name or password that is commonly used or easy to guess.
