Requesting a refund
When you purchase a ticket through any reservation channel from the point of sale in Colombia, you can cancel the trip and request a refund of your money, as long as you notify JetBlue at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of your scheduled departure time. JetBlue may retain up to 10% of the fare, excluding fees, taxes and administrative fees. This rule is not applicable to promotional or non-refundable fares.
When you buy a ticket through online or phone reservation channels from the point of sale in Colombia, you can withdraw and request a refund of your money within five (5) business days after making your purchase without discounts or withholdings, except those that by legal provision are not reimbursable. The refund must be requested before checking in for your scheduled flight.
