No, spend on Singapore Airlines-operated flights is not eligible to earn tiles towards Mosaic status. For codeshare flights booked on jetblue.com, you can only earn tiles on the JetBlue-operated portion of the itinerary, if applicable.
For future flights, contact Singapore Airlines with your confirmation number and TrueBlue number. For past travel, you may request points for flights flown within 365 days but no sooner than fourteen days after your flight. To request points, go to the Request Missing Points page and fill in the required information.
