Yes, cancellations are permitted prior to the departure of the first outbound flight. Points will be deposited back to your TrueBlue account and taxes will be refunded as a JetBlue travel credit. If your ticket is partially flown, you will need to contact us to cancel your remaining itinerary.
If you booked your flight using TrueBlue points on one of JetBlue’s partner airlines, some changes must be handled directly with the operating carrier.
Reservation Changes: Most changes to your booking are not allowed and must be made through the partner airline's website or customer support (not JetBlue's). However, you may cancel and rebook an award booking before departure of the first outbound flight, so we recommend booking separate one-way award bookings to maximize your flexibility.
Manage your trip: For the best experience, please reach out directly to the airline operating your flight for seating, special services, baggage policies, and more.At this time, mixed carrier awards are not possible. You will need to create a separate booking for any JetBlue-operated flight.
