From The Vineyard to Vieques, TrueBlue members can now earn and redeem points on select JetBlue marketed, Cape Air operated flights, only when booking on jetblue.com or the JetBlue app.
Our partnership with Cape Air is JetBlue's longest running (since 2007). Cape Air is one of the largest commuter airlines in the U.S., serving 32 U.S. and Caribbean cities with more than 250 flights per day.

When you book through JetBlue.com, you’ll earn TrueBlue points with Cape Air based on the fare of the ticket. Customers can earn up to 2 points per dollar on the Cape Air operated portion of the flight of the itinerary. Just be sure to enter your TrueBlue number into your booking or during JetBlue check-in.

To redeem
Ready to redeem your TrueBlue points on Cape Air? Just enter where you want to go on jetblue.com or the JetBlue app, select Use TrueBlue Points, and any eligible Cape Air flights will appear in the search results. Members can redeem on any eligible JetBlue marketed, Cape Air operated flight. Award availability may be limited, and subject to government taxes and/or carrier-imposed fees.

Bag allowance may vary based on fare selected and aircraft type for different itineraries. All fares include one personal item. However, Cape Air aircraft do not support overhead bags and have limited space for heavy or oversized checked luggage. - Mosaic perks apply to JetBlue-operated flights and typically don't extend to flights operated by our partner airlines. However, thanks to our Blue Sky partnership with United, Mosaics now receive some additional benefits when linking their TrueBlue number to their United reservation.
No, spend on Cape Air-operated flights is not eligible to earn tiles towards Mosaic status. For connecting codeshare flights booked on JetBlue.com, you can only earn tiles on the JetBlue-operated portion of the itinerary, if applicable.
Yes. To book a Cape Air flight using TrueBlue points, simply search for your desired routing on jetblue.com and select “use TrueBlue points” as you normally would. You can only redeem points for Cape Air flights sold on JetBlue.com.
Yes, cancellations are permitted prior to the departure of the first outbound flight. Fare differences and refunds will depend on the fare rules of the ticket. If your ticket is partially flown, you will need to contact us to cancel your remaining itinerary. All Cape Air-operated tickets booked on JetBlue.com are serviced by JetBlue. Cancellation rules of JetBlue codeshare bookings may apply.

At this time, mixed carrier connections, such as connecting from a JetBlue flight to a Cape Air flight or vice versa, are not possible. You will need to create separate bookings for each airline. However, you can book certain roundtrip tickets that include a JetBlue-operated flight on either the outbound or return leg.
Yes, but only in certain cases. Cash + Points can be used only for roundtrip tickets where there's a JetBlue-operated portion on either the outbound or return flight. Cash + Points can't be used on trips that are entirely operated by Cape Air. Cash + Points lets you stretch your cash or TrueBlue points to pay for JetBlue-operated flights and JetBlue Vacations packages with a combination of both. Award travel bookings with other airlines are not eligible for partial points payments.
To request points, go to the Request Missing Points page and fill in the required information.
You can add your TrueBlue number to your Cape Air-operated flight online at JetBlue.com during the booking process. You can also add it at the airport at the JetBlue check-in counter, or Just Ask desk.
Point requests may take up to 30 days to be added to your account, and your request history can be viewed in the Request History section within the TrueBlue site. Retroactive point requests are valid for flights on or after September 16th, 2024, and can be requested up to 180 days after the flight. To earn points, the booking must be made through JetBlue.com. Eligible tickets will begin with "279."
To qualify, flights must be operated by Cape Air and booked in an eligible booking class on JetBlue.com. Please note that Cape Air flights booked on Capeair.com or other airline or agency channels are ineligible to earn TrueBlue points.
