You can track your flight or a loved one's flight with our flight tracker. It's also available on the JetBlue mobile app. Flight status information is displayed with your search so you can see if a flight is on time or delayed.

Flight Status Notifications
JetBlue uses an automated email Flight Status Notification Tool (FSN-T) to automatically send email notifications in real time to customers impacted by certain flight events.
FSN-T email notifications are completely automated and sent to the primary customer on the reservation, using the email address provided during booking. Please ensure the address you use is the most up to date and accessible inbox so we can get your notifications delivered to you promptly.
Additional Notification Options
Customers may check their flight status using the online Flight Tracker. This tool is also available on the JetBlue mobile app.
To receive automated messages via the mobile app, customers must enable push notifications.

Cancellations
- The fastest way to rebook your flight is to manage your trip.
- If it’s past your original departure time, contact us.
Some reasons a trip could be cancelled include:
- Seasonal schedule change – Sometimes airlines make schedule changes weeks or months ahead of time to adjust for Customer traffic demand, seasonal or holiday demands.
- Air traffic control limitations.
- Extreme weather in departure or arrival city, or somewhere in-between.
- Unexpected mechanical issues that cannot be fixed quickly at the gate.
- Crew scheduling issues.
Diversions

There are some possible reasons for a diversion:
- Fuel stop due to high winds
- Excessive hold times or extreme weather at destination airport
- Medical emergency

- If there are no rescheduling options at your scheduled departure airport during extreme weather or other challenging airport operations, we may be able to find options for you at a nearby airport also served by JetBlue.

JetBlue does everything possible to continue active routes and will only cancel due to unavoidable circumstances.

Finding gate, terminal and other information
Gate numbers are posted closer to departure time because gate assignments change frequently.

- If you booked with someone other than JetBlue, log into Manage Trips to add your email to your itinerary, so we can contact you.

- The boarding and departure times listed on your itinerary and boarding pass are local time in the departure city.
- The arrival time listed on your itinerary and boarding pass is the destination city's local time zone.
- Your gate may have changed since you received your boarding pass. Check the airport monitor for the latest gate information.

- Check with the other airline(s) in your itinerary for their flight status.
- All customers should be picked up on the arrival level of the airport. Check our airport information page for specific terminal information in your city including maps and more.
- If you are using a car service such as Uber or Lyft, follow signs and ask for local pick-up locations.
- Please note: These pick-up areas could be on a different level or location.

The unaccompanied minors (UMNR) program is mandatory for children between the ages of five and 13 years old. A child who has reached their 14th birthday and is traveling alone is no longer considered an unaccompanied minor and must be booked as an adult. However, customers may request additional assistance under these circumstances.
