The U.S. government has implemented temporary travel restrictions and screening requirements related to Ebola affecting the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

Effective November 3, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST, through December 18, 2026 (unless extended), all customers traveling on international flights to or connecting through the United States must complete a CDC Ebola Passenger Disclosure and Attestation Form before boarding. This requirement applies to all customers, including U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents.

Before your flight: Please review and complete the CDC Ebola Passenger Disclosure and Attestation Form. Have your completed form available when checking in or boarding your flight.

For reservations with multiple customers, one person may complete the attestation as an authorized representative on behalf of everyone included in the reservation.

Customers who have been in the DRC within the preceding 21 days, or who do not complete the required attestation, will not be permitted to board flights to the United States.
