No, same day change may be from Mint to Mint or from Mint to Main only. If Mint is available and you want to confirm Mint, you must exchange the ticket and pay any difference in fare.
There are no fees for changes or cancellations with a Mint fare. For changes, you can rebook to any flight through the end of our current schedule. Fare difference may apply.
For voluntary cancellations, funds will be issued as a JetBlue Travel Bank credit. JetBlue Vacations bookings will be issued as JetBlue Vacations credit. Travel credits can be used for future travel to any JetBlue destination and for any traveler.

Yes, since there is no under-seat stowage, carry-on bags must be placed in the overhead bin for takeoff and landing.
No, Mint customers are allowed the same number of carry-on items as Main customers. FAA/TSA regulations allow each customer to take one carry-on and one personal item onboard the aircraft.
There is no under-seat stowage in Mint; however, customers may still bring one carry-on and one personal item. Both items will need to meet the standard size restrictions and be stored in the overhead bin during takeoff and landing.
Yes, JetBlue must permit Service Animals/Psychiatric Service Animals to accompany a customer with a disability at any seat in which the person sits, unless the animal obstructs an aisle or other areas that must remain unobstructed in order to facilitate an emergency evacuation. In JetBlue's Mint seating, the customer will forfeit the use of the reclining feature in order to accommodate a service animal at the feet of the customer, outside a carrier. Carriers are not permitted and must be stowed in the overhead compartment during takeoff and landing. If the animal is small enough to sit comfortably on the customer's lap, the reclining feature may be used. If the animal(s) are of a size that prevents an adjacent customer from utilizing the amenities of their seat, the customer traveling with the animal(s) may need to be re-accommodated in another seat.
JetBlue will allow a customer to use FAA approved Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POC) during flight, with advance notice to JetBlue and an accompanying physician's medical documentation confirming the need for a POC. Customers must meet all JetBlue requirements associated with carriage of this device as found in Chapter 8 of the SOM. In JetBlue's Mint seating, the customer will forfeit the use of the reclining feature in order to accommodate the use of the POC during flight. Stowage of the POC during takeoff and landing will be required in the overhead compartment to comply with FAA requirements as the footwell area will not accommodate storage.
Yes. Mint customers with special dietary requests may choose from menus that feature Kosher (except flights that depart from the Caribbean and Costa Rica), Vegetarian/Vegan, Low Calorie, Gluten-free and a 'Plane Eats' meal. All special meal requests must be ordered at least 24 hours before departure. Meal requests can be made during the online booking process by checking the 'add a special request for this traveler' box, or by calling 1-800-JETBLUE.
Customers on flights departing before 9:46AM are served Breakfast. Flights departing 9:47AM - 7PM (and westbound flights departing 7PM & later) are served Lunch/Dinner, while eastbound-only flights departing 7PM & later are served Shuteye menu. All flights offer our special menus (Kosher, Vegetarian/Vegan, Low Calorie, Gluten-Free, Plane Eats).
The configuration of the Mint seats prevents any under-seat stowage which includes pet carriers.
Yes, there are no age restrictions for Mint.
Yes, any Mint customer may travel with one lap infant under the age of 2.

Yes, Moves to Mint can be requested at the check-in desk, gate, or JustAsk Desk at the departure airport of the Mint flight and will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
No. TrueBlue points can only be redeemed for new Mint bookings. They can't be used to move from a Main seat to Mint.
No, moving to Mint at the airport will not earn you any additional TrueBlue points, and you will still earn TrueBlue points based on the fare that you booked.
No, your checked bag allowance is based on the original fare purchased, Mosaic status &/or JetBlue cardmember status.
