We help crewmembers get the most from their careers through a variety of development and growth programs, and we cast a wide net to find the best talent for our airline and always hire based on merit.

JetBlue Gateways 

JetBlue Gateways programs actively develop the next generation of pilots and tech ops maintenance technicians helping anyone with the aptitude and passion for these skilled jobs to find a path that's right for them.  

JetBlue Scholars 

The JetBlue Scholars program offers a more affordable and accessible path for both full and part-time crewmembers to get college degrees.

JET Internship Program 

Our JET internship programs create a runway for college undergrads, graduate students and recent grads to excel, and support a healthy pipeline of talent. 

Crewmember Resource Groups

Our crewmember resource groups are crewmember-led groups designed to build community and camaraderie so that our crewmembers show up to work every day ready to offer great service to our customers and run a safe and efficient airline. We also have crewmember interest groups dedicated to fostering community through shared hobbies and personal interests. Participation in these groups is voluntary, and everyone is welcome.

Honoring our Heroes  

We proudly honor our crewmembers, customers, and community members who have served in the military, law enforcement, and fire services. Committed to supporting veterans from these communities, we actively hire and provide them with the resources they need to grow their careers. As New York’s Hometown Airline®, JetBlue also supports the Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY) and the New York City Police Department (NYPD), recognizing their dedication to service and safety in the city we call home.
