Reporting Misconduct

JetBlue does not tolerate sexual harassment, misconduct, or assault of any kind under any circumstances. If a customer or crewmember witnesses or experiences any such harassment, misconduct, or assault in any of our airports, facilities or on board any of our aircraft, we strongly encourage them to report this matter as quickly as possible, and when comfortable and safe to do so, to a JetBlue airports or inflight crewmember. 

If that is not possible, then we strongly suggest reporting any such incident as quickly as possible to an appropriate law enforcement representative or agency. A customer or crewmember can also report such an incident by calling 1-800-JETBLUE (1-800-538-2583).
