Remote check-in with BAGS
JetBlue has partnered exclusively with BAGS—an experienced and vetted aviation services company—to offer our customers convenient bag check-in service at off-airport locations such as hotels, convention centers, airport parking lots and garages, rental car centers, and even on board cruise ships in a growing number of cities.
To use Remote Check-in, simply visit a JetBlue Remote Check-in location approximately 90 min to 2 hours before your flight (depending on the location). A BAGS representative will check in your bags, provide boarding passes and bag claim tags. Your bags will be transported securely to the airport to be boarded onto your flight and then all you need to do is go directly to TSA security at the airport with no need to stop in the lobby. There may be a nominal fee to check your bags in some locations. Using Remote Check-In is quick, easy and secure.
Onboard Cruise Ship Check-in
With the increasing success and popularity of the Remote Check-In Program, we have expanded the program to allow customers to take advantage of this service on board cruise ships. Onboard Cruise Check-In provides the freedom from having to pick up your bags from the port terminal, the hassle of transporting your bags back to the airport and waiting at the airport for your flight check-in time. This program is currently available at these ports and airports: MCO (Port Canaveral) and FLL (Port Everglades). Please ask your cruise line for information on how to register for Onboard Check-In on your ship, which will need to take place at least 2 days prior to the disembarkation day.
