Arriving soon: A simplified boarding process.
Starting April 29, all JetBlue flights will board by numbered boarding groups (Groups 1–8), to make boarding more intuitive, consistent, easier to follow along at the gate—and easier to hear and understand during boarding announcements. Please see below for more details.
Group boarding
JetBlue boards by groups. Your boarding group is noted on your boarding pass above or next to your seat number. Customers are encouraged to remain comfortably seated until their group is called for boarding. If you don’t see a group number on your boarding pass, please see a gate crewmember.
Mosaic members, and Mint® and EvenMore® customers enjoy priority boarding. Customers on the same reservation and checked in together will be assigned to the same boarding group. Customers on the same reservation who check in separately are not guaranteed the same boarding group. This includes Mosaic members.
