Air Travel Accessibility Concerns
Complaints Resolution Officials (CROs)
If you encounter disability-related concerns while traveling on JetBlue, feel free to ask one of our airport crewmembers for a Complaints Resolution Official (CRO). Our CROs have been specially trained in the Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA) regulations (and the JetBlue policies associated with them) and will be glad to respond to your concerns. Our CROs are available during operating hours at all airport locations either in person or by telephone.
Have a post-travel accessibility-related concern? Please call us at 1-855-ADA-LINE (232-5463) and ask to speak with a CRO. We are unable to address accessibility issues as quickly via email.

Travel to/from the United Kingdom
If we’re unable to address your disability-related concern associated with a flight involving a UK airport, you may log your complaint with the UK Civil Aviation Authority’s Passenger Advice and Complaints Team (PACT). JetBlue isn’t currently subscribed to an alternate dispute resolution (ADR) platform, so the approved ADR providers won’t be able to accept your concern.
