No. Changes to date, flight times or routings are not permitted. However, you may cancel an award booking before departure of the first outbound flight, so we recommend booking separate one-way award bookings to maximize your flexibility.
At this time, mixed carrier awards are not possible. You will need to create a separate booking for any JetBlue operated flight.
You may book a roundtrip that uses different airlines on each direction (e.g., outbound on JetBlue and return on partner airline), but each one‑way award must be flown entirely by a single operating carrier.No. While Cash + Points lets you stretch your cash or TrueBlue points to pay for JetBlue-operated flights and JetBlue Vacations packages, with a combination of both, award travel bookings with other airlines are not eligible for partial points payments.

Point requests may take up to 30 days to be added to your account, and your request history can be viewed in the Request History section within the TrueBlue site. Retroactive point requests are valid for flights on or after May 8, 2024 and can be requested up to 180 days after the flight.
