TrueBlue members can redeem TrueBlue points on all qualifying Condor-operated flights. Condor serves a total of 70 destinations worldwide, from Austria to Zurich. Redeem TrueBlue points with Condor in Economy, Premium Economy, and Business (subject to availability).
To Earn
To accrue points on Condor, see the below table and remember to attach your TrueBlue number to your booking. Customers will earn based on the cabin they fly (Business, Premium Economy, or Economy.) and the Condor flight number. Note that Condor offers three separate Economy products as Flex, Base, and Discount that earn at the rates below:

Select Use TrueBlue points when you search flights on jetblue.com or the JetBlue app, and any eligible Condor flights will appear in the flight results. Award availability may be limited, and subject to government taxes and/or carrier-imposed fees.

No, Mosaic perks apply to JetBlue-operated flights, but do not extend to flights operated by our partner airlines. We recommend checking with the partner airline for any benefits or services they may offer to all passengers.
Mosaic benefits will be arriving on United-operated flights next year.To qualify, flights must be operated by Condor and booked in an eligible booking class. Please note that Condor codeshare flights operated by other carriers are not eligible for points accrual.
Yes. To book a Condor flight using TrueBlue points, simply search for your desired routing on jetblue.com and select “use TrueBlue points” as you normally would.
Yes, cancellations are permitted prior to the departure of the first outbound flight. Points will be deposited back to your TrueBlue account and taxes will be refunded as a JetBlue travel credit. If your ticket is partially flown, you will need to contact us to cancel your remaining itinerary.
No. Changes to date, flight times or routings are not permitted. However, you may cancel an award booking before departure of the first outbound flight, so we recommend booking separate one-way award bookings to maximize your flexibility.
At this time, mixed carrier awards are not possible. You will need to create a separate booking for any JetBlue-operated flight.
You may book a roundtrip that uses different airlines on each direction (e.g., outbound on JetBlue and return on partner airline), but each one‑way award must be flown entirely by a single operating carrier.
No. While Cash + Points lets you stretch your cash or TrueBlue points to pay for JetBlue-operated flights and JetBlue Vacations packages, award travel bookings with other airlines are not eligible for partial points payments.
