Northeast/Mid-Atlantic weather fee waiver

Repeated rounds of severe weather across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic have significantly disrupted travel plans for many of our customers. Our teams are working around the clock to help affected customers reach their destinations. To provide additional flexibility during our recovery, we've issued the following fee waiver.
Customers traveling on JetBlue-operated flights Monday, July 20 through Wednesday, July 22, 2026, to/from the following cities are eligible:
- Baltimore, MD (BWI)
- Boston, MA (BOS)
- Long Island/Islip, NY (ISP)
- New York, NY (JFK)
- New York, NY (LGA)
- Newark, NJ (EWR)
- Norfolk, VA (ORF)
- Philadelphia, PA (PHL)
- Richmond, VA (RIC)
- Washington, DC (DCA)
- Westchester County, NY (HPN)
Customers may rebook their flights for travel through Sunday, July 26, 2026, online in the manage trips section of jetblue.com prior to the departure time of their originally scheduled flight. Customers with cancelled flights may also opt for a refund to the original form of payment. Original travel must have been booked before Friday, July 17, 2026.
If your reservation is part of a group booking of 10 or more people, you must call 1-800-JetBlue (538-2583) to make changes to your reservation.
