Due to inclement weather forecasted to impact the Pacific Northwest, we will waive change/cancel fees and fare differences for customers traveling on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 through Friday, January 20, 2017 to/from the following cities:

  • Oakland, CA (OAK)
  • Portland, OR (PDX)
  • Sacramento, CA (SMF)
  • San Francisco, CA (SFO)
  • San Jose, CA (SJC)
  • Seattle, WA (SEA)

Customers may rebook their flights for travel through Friday, January 27, 2017 prior to the departure of their originally scheduled flight.  Original travel must have been booked on or before Tuesday, January 17, 2017.

Immediate FAA Ban on Samsung Galaxy Note 7

Please be advised, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a complete ban on all Samsung Galaxy Note 7 mobile devices for all air carriers following recent incidents and potential safety concerns. In accordance with FAA guidance and effective Saturday October 15, 2016 at 12:00PM ET, Samsung Galaxy Note 7 devices will not be permitted in checked or carry-on baggage, and may not be carried onboard any JetBlue flight. Customers traveling with these devices will not be permitted to travel.

Zika Virus

Customers traveling to/from destinations reported by the CDC to be affected by the Zika virus may qualify to make changes to their current travel plans to alternate destinations or travel dates.
