The U.S. government has implemented temporary travel restrictions and screening requirements related to Ebola affecting the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

Effective November 3, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST, through December 18, 2026 (unless extended), all customers traveling on international flights to or connecting through the United States must complete a CDC Ebola Passenger Disclosure and Attestation Form before boarding. This requirement applies to all customers, including U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents.

Before your flight: All customers traveling to the United States must complete the required CDC Ebola Passenger Disclosure and Attestation Form. To make your travel experience easier, we encourage you to submit your attestation online through the JetBlue Digital Attestation website, available beginning 24 hours before your flight.

If multiple customers are traveling on the same reservation, one person may complete the attestation on behalf of everyone listed as their authorized representative.

Important: Please complete your attestation before arriving at the airport to help avoid delays during check-in or boarding."

Customers who have been in the DRC within the preceding 21 days, or who do not complete the required attestation, will not be permitted to board flights to the United States.
