- Purchase a JetBlue Vacations (flights + hotel) originating from the United States (including Puerto Rico) online at jetblue.com/Vacations or over the phone at 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583), option 3.
- Within 48 hours of your JetBlue Vacations purchase, if you find your exact same flight + hotel vacation package (e.g., same JetBlue flights, hotel, hotel room category, dates, number of travelers, etc.) on another website for a lower price, including all taxes and fees, call JetBlue Customer Support at 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583), option 3. Hearing impaired customers may call TTY/TDD 1-800-336-5530.
- Provide the JetBlue Customer Support representative with the confirmation number of your JetBlue Vacations flight + hotel booking, the lower flight + hotel price you found, and the exact URL where you found it. (JetBlue Customer Support must be able to locate and verify the lower flight + hotel price during your phone call for your same vacation package. Best Price Guarantee does not apply to any package components other than flight + hotel.)
- Once the JetBlue Customer Support representative verifies that an eligible lower price exists on another website for your same flight + hotel vacation package, JetBlue will give you a refund in the amount of the price difference, credited to your original form of payment for the JetBlue Vacations package.
- Remember, you must call within 48 hours of your JetBlue Vacations booking, so if you find a valid lower price, don’t wait – call us!
- Terms: Guarantee valid only for JetBlue Vacations flight + hotel vacation packages originating from the U.S. (including Puerto Rico) within 48 hours of purchase from JetBlue. Guarantee is only valid where the lower flight + hotel price is found on another U.S. point-of-sale website that is an authorized distributor of JetBlue flights and where the lower price, inclusive of all taxes and fees, is for the exact same flight + hotel vacation package (e.g., same JetBlue flights, hotel, hotel room category, dates, number of travelers, etc.). Guarantee does not apply where the lower-priced flight + hotel package differs from the purchased JetBlue Vacations package in any way; does not apply to individual flight and hotel portions of a vacation package where the total price is not lower than the purchased flight + hotel JetBlue Vacations package; does not apply to any price differences for any package component other than flight + hotel (e.g., Guarantee does not apply to insurance, car rental, activities, etc.); does not apply to any price difference found on a website where the airline, hotel or other itinerary details are unknown until after purchase; does not apply to any price difference due to special discounts or value offers, including but not limited to promo codes, resort credits, resort room upgrades, free breakfasts, meal vouchers, activity vouchers, activity discounts from hotel, etc.; does not apply to price differences due to upgrades, including but not limited to Even More Space seats; and is not valid in connection with air-only bookings, hotel bookings, car rentals, vacation packages including partner or code share or interline flights, vacation packages prices that are unpublished or otherwise not available to the general public (e.g., travel industry discount rates, etc.), non-revenue bookings (e.g., bookings using a Travel Certificate, a combination of TrueBlue points and a monetary payment, etc.), corporate bookings, group bookings, bookings by a travel agent or travel supplier, cruises, or any other product or service. In order to receive a refund in the amount of an eligible price difference pursuant to the Guarantee, you must call JetBlue at 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583), option 3 (for hearing impaired customers, TTY/TDD 1-800-336-5530) within 48 hours of your JetBlue Vacations purchase and before your scheduled flight departure. Guarantee does not apply if travel on the JetBlue Vacations package has commenced in any way. You must call JetBlue to request a refund pursuant to the Guarantee. Claims may not be submitted via email or in any other manner. You must provide the confirmation number of your JetBlue Vacations purchase and the exact URL where you found a lower price. JetBlue must be able to locate and verify the lower price during your phone call. JetBlue is not required to conduct any research or make any inquiries to confirm any price. JetBlue reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be verified during your phone call or for which you have provided incomplete information. Only one claim may be submitted per qualifying package. Once an eligible lower price has been verified, JetBlue will provide you with a refund in the amount of the price difference. The refund will be credited to your original payment method for the applicable JetBlue Vacations package. Please allow 6-8 weeks for any refund to be processed and post to your account. JetBlue reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Guarantee at any time, in any way, for any reason, in its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability to you. 2. Do I have to be a TrueBlue member to use TrueBlue points?
Yes, but if you are not a member you can easily sign up here for free.
3. When using TrueBlue points as a form of payment, will I be able to earn points on my purchase?
Unfortunately, TrueBlue points cannot be earned when using Cash + TrueBlue Points on a JetBlue Vacations package.
4. Does "Cash" mean your credit card payment?
Yes, the Cash portion of your Cash + TrueBlue Points purchase is your credit card payment.
5. Can I purchase a JetBlue Vacations package using only TrueBlue points?
No, you can only purchase a JetBlue Vacations package using a credit card payment only, or a combination of Cash (credit card) + TrueBlue Points.
6. Can I use a discount or promotional code on a JetBlue Vacations package when using Cash + TrueBlue Points?
Unfortunately, codes cannot be used toward vacation packages using Cash + TrueBlue Points.
7. Can I use more TrueBlue points for a JetBlue Vacations package in order to decrease the monetary payment required?
Unfortunately, no. The amount of points and the amount of the monetary payment required for a particular vacation package cannot be changed or redistributed.
8. How can I make a change to a Cash + TrueBlue Points booking?
JetBlue, hotel, car and/or other Travel Supplier change fees and policies may apply. Changes to a Cash + TrueBlue Points booking cannot be made after departure.
9. How can I cancel my Cash + TrueBlue Points booking?
Cancellations can be made by calling 844-JB-VACAY (528-2229). JetBlue, hotel, car and/or other Travel Supplier cancellation fees and policies apply.
10. Will I forfeit my TrueBlue points if I have to cancel my vacation package?
If you cancel your vacation package prior to scheduled departure, the TrueBlue points used to purchase your reservation will be redeposited to your TrueBlue account. JetBlue, hotel, car and/or other Travel Supplier cancellation fees and policies apply.
11. How can I add TrueBlue points to my TrueBlue account if I don't have enough to purchase my JetBlue Vacations package?
Points can be purchased online by logging in to your TrueBlue account and clicking on the "Buy Points" button. The minimum purchase is 1,000 points at a cost of $37.63. (Additional points may be purchased up to 30,000, in increments of 500.). The price of points is subject to change.
