All You Can Jet Sweepstakes FAQs

How can I enter for the chance to win?

Jet-setters can enter for a chance to win JetBlue's All You Can Jet pass by booking a non-refundable flight or a JetBlue Vacations package (air + hotel) directly on jetblue.com between 12/1/2017 and 12/15/17. Booking roundtrip non-refundable airfare will automatically submit two (2) entries to the sweepstakes — all the more reason to travel with JetBlue!

Upon booking, customers will automatically be entered into the draw for the chance to win one of three All You Can Jet passes, which are good for travel on JetBlue-operated flights for a year (excluding taxes and fees)!

Alternatively, you can mail your entry in with no purchase necessary, by printing your complete name; your address, including zip code; your daytime and evening telephone numbers, including area code(s); and a valid email address.

For more information on how to enter the All You Can Jet sweepstakes, please read the official rules at the bottom of this page.

Who is eligible to win?

If you are a legal resident of the United States, including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, and 18 years of age or older, you are eligible to enter for the chance to win! JetBlue employees, employees of Centra360 and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

For more information, please read the official rules at the bottom of this page.

Do I need to live in or near a city that JetBlue currently flies to in order to be eligible to win?

No. If you are a legal resident of the United States, including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, you are eligible to enter for the chance to win a pass.

If you win an All You Can Jet pass and do not live in a city that JetBlue currently flies to, JetBlue is not responsible for providing transportation to or from an eligible airport. Check here to see if you live in or near a JetBlue city: jetblue.com/wherewejet.

Are flights purchased as part of a JetBlue Vacations package eligible for entry?

Yes! In fact, if you are an eligible entrant and purchase a JetBlue Vacations package (air + hotel) including roundtrip airfare between December 1-15, 2017, then you will automatically receive two (2) entries to the sweepstakes.

How do I know if I am entered to win?

If you meet all of the necessary requirements, you will see a message confirming your entry at the top of your JetBlue itinerary confirmation email, which you will receive after you have booked your reservation.

How do I know if I won?

Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or around December 27, 2017, and will be notified by mail and/or email so they can start planning their next adventure in the New Year.

To obtain a list of winners (available after February 1, 2018), send a self-addressed stamped #10 envelope to: All You Can Jet Sweepstakes, c/o Centra360, 1400 Old Country Road, #417, Westbury, NY 11590. Please specify "Winners List" on the outer envelope. Requests must be received by March 30, 2018.

Can I enter more than once if I purchase multiple flights?

Yes! Each non-refundable JetBlue-operated flight purchased on jetblue.com between 12/1/17 and 12/15/2017, will count as an entry. For example, if you purchase a one-way ticket, that will count as one entry. If you purchase roundtrip tickets, that will count as two entries.

For mail in entries, there is a limit of one Entry per envelope, per day.

Can I buy an All You Can Jet pass?

No. This exclusive, year long prize is only available to the three (3) lucky winners of this promotion.

Do I need to be a TrueBlue member to enter?

You do not have to be a TrueBlue member to enter for a chance to win, but if you win, you must become a member to use your All You Can Jet pass. But don't worry, TrueBlue membership is free! Just go to: trueblue.jetblue.com/web/trueblue/register.

Where can I travel?

Three lucky winners (and their companions) can fly to any of the 100+ destinations JetBlue serves. All pass travel must be on JetBlue-operated flights, so travelers can enjoy the many amenities of our flights, including free and fast Fly-Fi®, unlimited and complimentary brand-name snacks and unparalleled inflight entertainment.

Is there a limit on how many flights I can take?

There are no blackout dates and no limit on the number of flights you can take, so you can truly adventure at your leisure! However, booking multiple flights departing from the same city on the same day is prohibited. Change/cancellation fees apply.

Make sure you plan ahead! All pass travel is subject to availability, and a pass does not guarantee availability on any particular flight.

Do I need to keep the same travel companion for a year?

No. You can swap your travel companion as many times as you'd like throughout the year. However, make sure you know who your travel partner will be by the day before you travel. Any changes to the name of a travel companion within 24 hours of scheduled departure are subject to a $150 fee.

Can my travel companion and I travel separately?

No. Part of the fun in traveling starts on the flight there! Your travel companion must always travel with you on the same JetBlue itinerary.

Can my travel companion book their own travel?

No. Only the winner of the All You Can Jet pass can book and manage pass travel.

What is included with the pass?

JetBlue's All You Can Jet pass covers travel on all JetBlue-operated flights between February 1, 2018, and January 31, 2019, so you can enjoy a year's worth of travel!

To view baggage fees and other optional services and fees, see http://www.jetblue.com/legal/fees/. Travelers can still enjoy JetBlue's unlimited and complimentary brand-name snacks and soft drinks, inflight entertainment and free Fly-Fi® high-speed inflight Internet.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my flight?

What happens if I don't show up for my flight?

If you don't show up for your flight by the scheduled departure time, you will be charged a $150 no-show fee. This fee can only be paid by calling 1-800-JETBLUE. Your pass will be suspended until the fee is paid. Make sure the fee is paid as soon as possible, because no additional time will be added to a pass that has been suspended.

Can I give or sell my pass to someone else?

No. Passes are nontransferable and may not be purchased, sold, bartered or otherwise exchanged for value.
