Due to impending weather forecasted to impact the Northeast region, we will waive change/cancel fees and fare differences for customers traveling on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 to/from the following cities:
Customers may rebook their flights for travel through Friday, April 28, 2017 prior to the departure of their originally scheduled flight. Customers with cancelled flights may opt for a refund. Original travel must have been booked on or before Monday, April 24, 2017.

Customers are encouraged to check the status of their flight online prior to leaving for the airport. Customers with web-enabled mobile devices may check the status of their flight at mobile.jetblue.com.
Please be advised that the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston, Jamaica (KIN) will be closing in order to facilitate a major upgrade to the electrical system of the airport. This closure will be effective Tuesday, April 25 through Wednesday, April 26, 2017 between 9:00 PM - 4:00 AM ET.
We ask that if you are traveling to/from Norman Manley International Airport that you check the status of your flight prior to departing to the airport.
The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey (PANYNJ) is leading a federally mandated runway improvement project at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) through mid-November 2017. During construction, runway usage will be impacted and customers traveling on all airlines operating at JFK may experience extended taxi times and delays.
As always, we recommend you check the status of your flight online or via the JetBlue app prior to arriving at the airport.
Please be advised, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a complete ban on all Samsung Galaxy Note 7 mobile devices for all air carriers following recent incidents and potential safety concerns. In accordance with FAA guidance and effective Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 12:00 PM ET, Samsung Galaxy Note 7 devices will not be permitted in checked or carry-on baggage, and may not be carried onboard any JetBlue flight. Customers traveling with these devices will not be permitted to travel.
Customers traveling to/from destinations reported by the CDC to be affected by the Zika virus may qualify to make changes to their current travel plans to alternate destinations or travel dates. Customers may also opt for a refund. Original travel must have been booked on or before August 31, 2016. Please contact us by phone to request a change or refund.
