What to eat in Saint Thomas / Saint John
With a thatched-roof bar in a parking lot with no views, Duffy's Love Shack may seem like an unlikely draw but don't let that fool you. The specialty drinks in special souvenir glasses - such as the Mai Tai in a surfer girl cup or the Shark Tank in a fish bowl - attract quite a crowd! Happy hour is from 3 to 6 p.m. but here's a tip - because the first drink comes with the kitschy glass, refills to on many of the drinks may be cheaper.
A Taste of the Caribbean

Try the Flying Fish to start followed by Haitian voodoo snapper pressed in Cajun spices or the Mahi Mahi in Cruzan rum-and-mango sauce. Finish with the Mango-banana pie — it's sure to please.
