Embark on a breathtaking ride down the Martha Brae River with Chukka Canopy Zip Line's river raft tour. An exhilarating and relaxing experience, this river rafting adventure will take you through the tropical beauty of the Jamaican countryside as you sit on a 30-foot bamboo raft. According to legend, Martha Brae, an Arawak priestess, was the only one who knew the location of a secret gold mine in a cave by the river. Who knows, you may strike gold!

Golfers in search of the ultimate thrill need look no further. The Tryall Club's 6,221-yard, par 72 course -considered the finest in the Caribbean and the pride of Jamaica- attracts the game's leading players and prestigious international events like the Johnnie Walker World Championships, Mazda Champions, Jamaica Classic and Shell's Wonderful World of Golf. Designed by Ralph Plummer, the course's sculpted fairways and manicured greens meander through forest-green hills, between stands of coconut palms and fruit trees, round lily-padded ponds, down to a one-and-a-half mile long shoreline.

Fall in love
One of Jamaica's national treasures, Dunn's River Falls is truly one of the most beautiful places on the island. The falls have been described as a living and growing phenomenon, as they continuously regenerate from deposits of travertine rock. Combined with its seaside location, Dunn's River is a one-of-kind attraction not just in the Caribbean, but in the world.

Haunted mansion
One of the most popular tourist attractions in Jamaica, Rose Hall Great House is a stunning Georgian mansion with a twist: it is said to be haunted by the spirit of its former owner, Annie Palmer, also known as "The White Witch of Rose Hall". Built in 1770 and restored in the 1960s, Rose Hall boasts mahogany floors, silk wallpaper, opulent chandeliers and antique furnishings. Take a guided tour to the ballroom, dining room, Annie's bedroom and her grave, if you dare.

Hey bay-bay
One of the most scenic areas in Jamaica, Runaway Bay has developed its own character and persona as an elegant yet lively getaway since the early 1960s, when the old Cardiff Hall Estate was converted to a combination of luxury hotels, golf courses and private villas.
