JetBlue Getaways (“Getaways”) is a vacation package service offered by JetBlue Airways Corporation (“JetBlue”). Air transportation is supplied by JetBlue; whereas hotels, rental cars, concierge services, travel insurance, and certain other additional products and services are supplied directly to you by independent companies (“Travel Suppliers”). Travel Suppliers are not agents, employees, or subcontractors of JetBlue, and JetBlue is not responsible for their acts or omissions or any products or services supplied by them.
By booking a Getaways vacation package, you (i) represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age; and (ii) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, along with JetBlue’s legal terms located at www.jetblue.com/legal, including, without limitation, the Website Terms and Conditions. JetBlue reserves the right, at any time, to change or cancel these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, in its sole discretion, without notice or liability to you. Please review these terms and conditions periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes and are familiar with the most current version of these terms.

Prices and Booking
Advertised package prices are in US Dollars ($) and are inclusive of (i) airfare (including government taxes and fees applicable to airfare, including, without limitation, Passenger Facility Charges of up to $9 each way; September 11 Security Fees of up to $5 each way; Federal Segment Taxes of $3.80 per domestic segment; U.S. Arrival/Departure Tax of $16.70 each way for Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands travel; U.S. government excise tax of $8.40 per departure for Alaska and Hawaii travel; government fees and taxes up to $120.80 each way for international travel; and a Value Added Tax of up to $212.28 each way for Barbados, Colombia, Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Costa Rica travel); (ii) hotel rates (including hotel taxes); and (iii) the fee for intermediary services provided by JetBlue to facilitate the booking of and payment for services and accommodations provided by the Travel Suppliers. Advertised package prices do not include fees for products or services sold separately or not expressly included as part of the package price (e.g., car rental costs and related taxes and fees, food, beverages, travel insurance, in-flight movies, hotel parking, hotel/resort fees, etc.). The first checked bag is free on JetBlue flights (weight and size limits apply, and bag fee may apply to itineraries including flights marked or operated by other airlines). All advertised prices and rates are subject to availability, may change at any time without notice, are valid for new bookings only, are capacity controlled, may not be available on all dates or with all flights, and may be restricted to certain hotel room categories. The entire package price, including all taxes and fees, must be paid at the time of reservation. Full payment via major credit card is required at the time of booking unless, in the case of flight/hotel or flight/hotel/car packages, a $25 non-refundable deposit to hold the booking through the end of the day (11:59 p.m. ET or 8:59 PT) has been made. Packages may only be held if the reservation is made through 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583), option 3, and will only be held through the end of the day (11:59 p.m. ET or 8:59 PT); this option is not available over jetblue.com. Packages may not be held if package is only a flight/car package. If the booking is confirmed and full payment is made by the end of the day (11:59 p.m. ET or 8:59 PT), the $25 deposit will be applied toward the total amount due. If the booking is not confirmed and full payment is not made by the end of the day (11:59 p.m. ET or 8:59 PT), the $25 deposit will be forfeited. Any changes/cancellations to confirmed bookings made after the end of the day (11:59 p.m. ET or 8:59 PT) will be assessed the full change and cancellation penalties stated below.
JetBlue requires at least three (3) days advance notice prior to departure date to process a Getaways reservation. Requests made within three days will be handled on a per request basis and are subject to Travel Supplier availability and confirmation. Adjustments made to Getaways package pricing will not be made after payment has been applied. After payment has been made, no subsequent rate reductions will be applied retroactively. JetBlue reserves the right to re-invoice a Getaways package should an error be made in computing the package price.
Changes and cancellations, where permitted, can only be made by calling 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583), option 3, or, for customers with hearing or speech impediments, by calling TTY/TDD 1-800-336-5530. No changes will be accepted by email or online. If you do not change or cancel your Getaways reservation in accordance with the applicable change/cancel policies (including but not limited to the JetBlue and Travel Supplier change/cancel policies), then all money for the package may be forfeited. The JetBlue change/cancellation policies and fees are as follows: All money for a package is forfeited if the reservation is not changed or canceled prior to scheduled departure. A $150 fee per person applies for changes or cancellations, plus any applicable hotel or other Travel Supplier penalties. Beginning with bookings made on May 17, 2013, a reduced change/cancellation fee of $75 fee per person applies for changes or cancellations made 60 days or more prior to scheduled departure, plus any applicable hotel or other Travel Supplier penalties. Beginning with bookings made on June 25, 2012 and ending with bookings made on June 30, 2013 (11:59 PM ET), JetBlue will waive the JetBlue change fee one time for the first change to a Getaways vacation package booking. (Any change to the booking is considered a change for purposes of the one-time JetBlue change fee waiver, including but not limited to a change in the room category, names of travelers, number of travelers, etc.) The JetBlue cancellation fee still applies, even to the first cancellation. Any hotel and other Travel Supplier change/cancel fees will still apply. For changes, where permitted, (even the first change for which the JetBlue change fee is waived), there may also be an increase in the package price. Name changes are not permitted. By way of example and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, a change in the number of occupants per room may change the price of the package. If any changes involve an increase in package price, payment will be required at the time of requested change. Changes are not effective until payment is received and availability is confirmed. If any change qualifies for a decrease in package price, the difference will be provided to you as a Getaways travel credit only; refunds will not be given. Changes are subject to JetBlue and Travel Supplier availability, and there is no guarantee that your requested change can or will be made. Changes must be made in accordance with and will be subject to the JetBlue and Travel Suppliers’ change policies. For Getaways packages purchased with a combination of TrueBlue Points with a monetary payment, no changes after your scheduled departure are permitted. Cancellations, where permitted, are for Getaways travel credits only; refunds will not be given for cancellations. Getaways credits are valid for one year from the date of cancellation and are good only towards Getaways vacation packages. Getaways vacation credits may not be used for air-only travel on JetBlue Airways. Cancellations must be made in accordance with and will be subject to the JetBlue and Travel Suppliers’ cancellation policies.
IN ADDITION TO THE TERMS HEREIN, EACH TRAVEL SUPPLIER (INCLUDING HOTEL, CAR, ETC.) MAY HAVE SPECIFIC CHANGE OR CANCELLATION POLICIES AND/OR FEES THAT APPLY TO YOUR GETAWAYS VACATION PACKAGE. Refunds for Unused Services
Unused package components may not be exchanged, transferred or refunded.
Air travel on JetBlue is governed by JetBlue’s Contract of Carriage, a copy of which is available for inspection at all JetBlue ticket counters and at www.jetblue.com/legal, and JetBlue’s International Passenger Rules Tariffs on file with the U.S. Department of Transportation. Please review these documents for travel requirements and restrictions, liability and baggage limitations, and requirements for the travel of minor children. For clarity, these provisions only apply to the extent applicable to the air portion of a Getaways vacation package and do not apply to the non-air portion(s) of a Getaways vacation package.
For domestic and international travel, passengers must present government-issued photo identification. For international travel, please contact the relevant embassy or consulate for details on travel documentation requirements. It is your responsibility to verify your flight information and follow JetBlue’s recommended check-in times, which can be found at: www.jetblue.com/travel/airports. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your seat to another passenger and/or denied boarding.
Car Rental Option
Car rentals are provided by Travel Suppliers and include unlimited mileage, except rentals of specialty or luxury cars. Car rental rates do not include taxes, airport fees, insurance, options, underage driver charges (if applicable) or fuel costs, all of which must be paid directly to the rental company upon return of the vehicle. Taxes and fees vary by state and/or location. A valid driver's license and major credit card will be required. If a car rental is returned late, additional charges may apply and will be payable by consumer directly to the rental company. A minimum age for booking may be required by the car rental company at the time of the request for booking or upon rental. Additional car rental restrictions may apply including age restrictions, so please consult the terms and conditions of the car rental company with which you elect to deal.
Airport/hotel connections and transfers, parking fees, meals, hotel/resort fees, shows, tours, tips, energy surcharges, telephone surcharges, telephone calls, liquor, room service, laundry, incidentals, or other items of a personal nature or not otherwise expressly specified in the quoted rate are not included as part of the Getaways package. JetBlue is not responsible for requests for special hotel accommodations, although at the time of reservation/booking, you may request special accommodation, including roll-a-way beds, cribs, and non-smoking rooms. Disabled guest facilities may be limited and are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by JetBlue. Any additional fees required by the hotel for special requests must be paid directly to the hotel. A major credit card, cash deposit and photo identification may be required upon check-in at the hotel. Additional hotel check-in restrictions may apply including age restrictions, and are subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel with which you elect to deal. Hotel star ratings are not guaranteed.
Concierge On Call is a courtesy service offered by JetBlue through a third-party Travel Supplier, Allianz Global Assistance, which oversees and administers all aspects of the service. Through Concierge On Call, a concierge can assist travelers who have purchased a Getaways vacation package to any destination but Cuba with certain concierge services, such as certain travel and destination information, business services and specialty services. Concierge On Call is available from the time that the Getaways package is purchased until the scheduled departure time of the return flight.
Concierge On Call can assist travelers with information about shopping, sights, shows, festivals, weather, museums, customs and duty requirements, visa and passport requirements, exchange rates, ATM locations, sporting events, concerts, theatre performances, restaurants, golf course reservations/tee times, catering, event planning, computer rentals, audio/visual equipment rentals, messenger services, and flower or other gift deliveries. (Concierge On Call cannot assist travelers with flight arrangements, hotel reservations, car rental reservations or other similar services.) Many of the services provided, reserved, booked or purchased through Concierge On Call will require payment or a fee to the provider or venue. Any fees, payments or expenses incurred in connection with services or items provided, reserved, booked or purchased through Concierge On Call are the sole responsibility of the traveler(s). A credit card may be required for reservation or purchase. The Concierge On Call concierges will attempt to fulfill all reasonable and customary concierge service requests (with the exception of those that may be deemed immoral or illegal), but all requests are subject to availability, and there is no guarantee that a request will be provided or satisfied. Additionally, where possible, Concierge On Call will attempt to fulfill all service requests in a timely fashion. Some requests may be handled and completed while the customer is on the phone, but some requests may take up to 24-48 hours or even longer. Children 13 years and younger may not travel alone and must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older on the same package.
JetBlue may seek arrangements for substitute comparable hotel accommodations and car rental choices, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond the control of JetBlue.
Emergency Trip Insurance
Trip Cancellation and Interruption insurance is available through a third-party insurance broker Travel Supplier at an additional cost. Insurance coverage is underwritten by BCS Insurance Company or Jefferson Insurance Company, depending on the insured’s state of residence. World Access Service Corp, a company of Allianz Global Assistance, is the licensed producer and administrator for this plan.
TrueBlue and Other Promotions
If you are a registered TrueBlue member, you will earn six (6) TrueBlue points per dollar spent on your individual per-person portion of a JetBlue Getaways vacation package. Points will be earned on the base price (air + hotel) of the package and on the base price of any car rental and activities purchased at the time of booking. Points will not be earned on government taxes/fees, travel insurance, or other fees or charges (e.g., change/cancel fees, activities added after booking, food, airport transfers, etc.) You will only earn Points based on the eligible amount spent on your individual per-person cost of the Getaways package. You will not earn any Points for amounts spent on any other traveler’s Getaways package, even if such traveler is on your booking and/or you paid for the package. If you are traveling with other TrueBlue Members, each Member’s TrueBlue account information (name and TrueBlue number) must be entered for the booking in order for every Member to earn TrueBlue points on their individual per-person portion of the JetBlue Getaways vacation package.
TrueBlue Members can use TrueBlue points in combination with a monetary payment to purchase JetBlue Getaways vacation packages. The number of points and the dollar amount required for a particular Getaways package will depend on, among other things, the flight, destination and hotel chosen and the applicability of peak travel periods. The amount of points and the amount of the monetary payment required for a particular package may not be changed or re-allocated in any way. Promo or discount codes cannot be used when booking an Award Getaway. Points used towards a Getaways purchase must be from one TrueBlue member’s account; points may not be combined from multiple TrueBlue accounts. Monetary payments must be made at time of booking using a major credit card. Getaways packages purchased solely with a monetary payment may not be exchanged or refunded for purchase with TrueBlue points. TrueBlue Members cannot earn any TrueBlue points on Getaways packages purchased with a combination of TrueBlue points and a monetary payment.
Except for promotions offered by JetBlue that expressly apply to a particular Getaways vacation package, no other promotional discounts, vouchers, coupons or other discounts or special offers will apply to Getaways vacation packages or any components thereof.

Responsibility and Limitation of Liability
JetBlue shall not be held liable for, and you hereby waive any claims against JetBlue for, any damages whatsoever (whether direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary incidental, consequential or otherwise, whether stated in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, and even if JetBlue has been advised of the possibility of such damages) arising out of (a) the booking of or travel in connection with a Getaways vacation package; (b) the acts, omissions, products or services of any Travel Supplier or person or company rendering services in connection with a Getaways vacation package; (c) any failure or delay or performance by any Travel Supplier; (d) any failure or delay arising out of use of this website, including, without limitation, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in transmission, or computer virus; (e) any failure or delay arising out of use of Travel Suppliers' websites. JetBlue is a vacation package service provider acting as an intermediary/broker and is only responsible for providing services of facilitating the booking of and payment for the vacation package accommodations and services you have selected. JetBlue is not responsible for errors or omissions in any printed or online material. JetBlue is not the agent of the Travel Suppliers or any consumer for any purpose. JetBlue disclaims each and every fiduciary and other duty that could potentially arise under contract, a course of dealing, or otherwise and be owed to the Travel Suppliers or any consumer. JetBlue does not acquire any ownership, right of use, resale or other rights with respect to vacation package accommodations and services. JetBlue shall negotiate, book, and pay for vacation package accommodations and services only in the name of, on behalf of, and using the funds of third-party consumers.
Disclaimer of Warranty
JetBlue makes no warranty of any kind regarding this site or any of the products and services provided. All products and services provided by JetBlue are provided ”as is“ and without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. JETBLUE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND/OR THOSE ARISING BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE IN LAW FROM DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
JetBlue shall not be liable for damages for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control or the control of any Travel Supplier with which you have elected to deal including, but not limited to, weather conditions, acts of God, force majeure, strikes, civil commotions, embargoes, and wars or other hostilities, whether actual, threatened or reported, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of JetBlue or any of the Travel Suppliers.
Any disputes and matters arising out of or in connection with Getaways vacation packages shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without reference to its choice of law rules, and shall be brought in the federal and state courts located within the State of New York, New York County, as the venue of any action, to the exclusion of the courts of any other state or country. Each consumer waives his/her right to a jury trial. JetBlue’s failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
