We guarantee it. JetBlue Getaways offers you the peace of mind of the Best Price Guarantee on JetBlue Getaways air + hotel vacation packages originating from the US (including Puerto Rico). If by chance you find your same air + hotel vacation package for sale on another website at a lower price within 48 hours of your Getaways purchase, we'll give you a refund for the price difference.*

How it works:

  • Purchase a JetBlue Getaways air + hotel vacation package originating from the United States (including Puerto Rico) online at jetblue.com/getaways or over the phone at 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583), option 3.
  • Within 48 hours of your JetBlue Getaways purchase, if you find your exact same air + hotel vacation package (e.g., same JetBlue flights, hotel, hotel room category, dates, number of travelers, etc.) on another website for a lower price, including all taxes and fees, call JetBlue Customer Support at 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583), option 3.  Hearing impaired customers may call TTY/TDD 1-800-336-5530.
  • Provide the JetBlue Customer Support representative with the confirmation number of your JetBlue Getaways air + hotel booking, the lower air + hotel price you found, and the exact URL where you found it.  (JetBlue Customer Support must be able to locate and verify the lower air + hotel price during your phone call for your same vacation package.  Best Price Guarantee does not apply to any package components other than air + hotel.)
  • Once the JetBlue Customer Support representative verifies that an eligible lower price exists on another website for your same air + hotel vacation package, JetBlue will give you a refund in the amount of the price difference, credited to your original form of payment for the Getaways package.
  • Remember, you must call within 48 hours of your Getaways booking, so if you find a valid lower price, don’t wait – call us!
