To be eligible for a Refund, you must (1) be scheduled to depart for your vacation within 3 days after JetBlue issues a Hurricane Travel Alert that covers your vacation destination, and (2) request a Refund prior to the scheduled departure of Your outbound flight. To be eligible for a Credit, you must (1) have departed on your outbound flight at the time JetBlue issues a Hurricane Travel Alert that covers your vacation destination, (2) change your reservation to return early from your vacation as a result of the Travel Alert, and (3) request a Credit within 14 days of boarding the flight on which you are reaccommodated. Credits will not include any taxes or fees collected on the package, any charges paid for add-on services, or any monetary refund. Credits may be used only toward a newly-booked Getaways vacation package to the same destination hotel and city, and may not be applied to existing travel or changes to travel. Credits may not be available for use during peak periods or blackout dates. Credits are valid for one year from date of issue, and all travel must be completed prior to Credit expiration date. Credits are non-transferable. JetBlue will determine in its sole discretion whether a Hurricane Travel Alert is issued, what destinations are covered by a Hurricane Travel Alert, and the duration of a Hurricane Travel Alert. All requests for a Refund or Credit under the Program must be made by calling 1-800-JETBLUE, option 3. To be approved, JetBlue must be able to verify at the time of your call that your request meets all requirements of the Program Terms, and you must agree to the Program Terms. Getaways Terms and Conditions: Hotel offers end by the date shown in each hotel offer restrictions. Advertised packages are subject to availability. Packages are capacity controlled and may not be available on every date or on all flights. All packages must be purchased at time of reservation, are nonrefundable and nontransferable, and name changes are not permitted. Package prices include hotel rates, taxes and fees, and roundtrip airfare, but do not include taxes and fees applicable to airfare including without limitation: (a) Passenger Facility Charges of up to $9.00 each way, (b) September 11th Security Fees of up to $10, (c) Federal Segment Taxes of $3.60 per domestic segment (a segment is a takeoff and landing), and (d) in the case of Puerto Rico and international travel, government fees and taxes of up to $127.60. All taxes and fees must be paid at the time of purchase. JetBlue does not guarantee that changes can be made on all or parts of packages. To the extent changes are can be made, changes must be made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date by calling 1-800-JETBLUE. Changes, where permissible, and all cancellations are subject to a JetBlue fee of $100 per person plus any increase in the package price, as well as any additional hotel penalties that are set forth in the specific package details. If a reservation is not changed/canceled prior to departure, all money associated with the package is forfeited. A $30 second checked bag fee applies.
