JETBLUE AIRWAYS "JETPAWS PET LOOK-ALIKE PHOTO CONTEST" CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES

GENERAL
The JetPaws Pet Look-Alike Photo Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by JetBlue Airways Corporation located at 118-29 Queens Blvd, Forest Hills, NY 11375 ("JetBlue"). Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules of the Contest (the "Official Rules"). The Contest starts on December 15, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends on December 30, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. EST.

ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Continental United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of JetBlue and their immediate family members (including spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to participate.

TO ENTER
To show us how much you and your pet look alike, snap either (a) one still photograph of you and your pet together, or (b) two separate still photographs, one of you and one of your pet. Log on to jetblue.com/jetpaws, which will direct you to the email address jetpaws@jetblue.com, to which you can submit your photo(s) to JetBlue. Submit your original, unpublished photograph(s) via email to jetpaws@jetblue.com on or before December 30, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. EST. Do not submit portrait or copyrighted photographs. Videos will not be accepted. Entries will not be accepted via regular mail. Please limit photos to JPG files only, maximum size 1 MB per photo. Photos may not be digitally altered or enhanced, except that images may be cropped and rotated as necessary. No watermarks, signatures, or copyright notices may be added to the images. Photos may not contain any profanity, nudity, illegal or immoral conduct or material deemed offensive by JetBlue. No individuals other than yourself should appear in your photo(s). You must supply your full name, email address, your area code and phone number, and complete mailing address. Limit one photo entry per person and per e-mail address. JetBlue is not responsible for computer system, phone line, technical, hardware, software, program or server failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or network connections or any other difficulties that are human or technical in nature. JetBlue is not responsible for entries that are processed late or incorrectly or those that are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error or for those entries that for any reason are not received by JetBlue prior to the stated deadline. All entries become the property of JetBlue and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant.

FINALIST SELECTION
Subject to the eligibility requirements of these Official Rules, on December 30, 2008 or within a reasonable time thereafter, a panel of independent judges, consisting of JetBlue employees from its marketing department will select 25 entrants as finalists (the "Finalists"). Finalist selection will be based on the following criteria: aesthetic presentation, creativity and likeness. Finalists will be notified on or by January 12, 2008 or within a reasonable time thereafter in accordance with the information provided with each Finalist's entry. In its sole discretion, JetBlue may, but will not be required, to incorporate or depict the photo(s) submitted by the Finalists on JetBlue's website, without further compensation to the Finalists.

AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY AND RELEASE
Prior to and as a condition of participating in the crewmember voting, each Finalist may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release that, among other things, releases JetBlue, affiliates, and suppliers from any and all liability related to this Contest or use or acceptance of the prize, as well as a publicity release that grants JetBlue the right to use his or her name, voice, photograph, likeness and information provided on the entry form, without compensation, including in all publicity and marketing materials (including on JetBlue's public websites and intranet websites) relating to the photo(s) or the Contest, except where prohibited by law. All Finalists may be required to execute these documents without making changes and return them to JetBlue prior to the beginning of the Crewmember Voting Period (as defined below), and failure to do so may result in disqualification. CREWMEMBER VOTING: Finalists' photos will be displayed online at jetblue.com/jetpaws from December 31, 2008 until January 7, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. EST, (the "Crewmember Voting Period"). During this time, JetBlue crewmembers may vote on which Finalist photo(s) they like best, according to the following criteria: aesthetic presentation, creativity and likeness. JetBlue crewmembers will vote by logging onto JetBlue's internal (i.e. employees-only) intranet site, where crewmembers will have the opportunity to view all Finalist photos and select their favorite photo(s).

WINNER SELECTION
Following the conclusion of the Crewmember Voting Period, a second panel of independent judges, consisting of JetBlue employees from its marketing department will judge the Finalists according to the following criteria: aesthetic presentation, creativity, likeness, and audience appeal. The judges will consider the results of the crewmember voting as a factor for the audience appeal factor, but will not be bound by the results of the crewmember voting. Winners will be announced on January 12, 2008 or within a reasonable time thereafter. Winners will be notified on January 12, 2008 or within a reasonable time thereafter in accordance with the information on their entry forms.

GRAND PRIZE
One (1) grand prize package (the "Grand Prize") will be awarded to one (1) Grand Prize winner (the "Grand Prize Winner"). The Grand Prize consists of round-trip positive space air travel on JetBlue for the Grand Prize Winner and Grand Prize Winner's guest ("Guest") from the airport served by JetBlue closest to Grand Prize Winner's residence to any JetBlue Getaways destination city, and two night hotel stay for Grand Prize Winner and Guest at any JetBlue Getaways hotel in such JetBlue Getaways destination city. A complete description of JetBlue Getaways destinations and hotels is available at www.jetblue.com/vacations. The Grand Prize has an approximate retail value of $750.00. Actual value may vary depending travel dates and destination. No other prizes will be awarded. Prizes may not be extended or substituted, except that JetBlue reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the listed prizes with similar items of equal or greater value. All travel under the Grand Prize must be completed within one year of prize issuance. Travel must reserved at least thirty (30) days in advance of travel departure date. Once travel has been confirmed, a fifty dollar ($50.00) per person fee will be charged for any changes. No name changes are permitted after confirmation of travel. Travel may not be changed or cancelled less than fourteen (14) days prior to date of departure. Change terms may vary and additional fees may apply to changes or cancellations during peak travel seasons and/or holidays. If travel is not changed or cancelled prior to scheduled departure, the Grand Prize will be forfeited. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary and flights, as determined by JetBlue. All travel is based on hotel and flight availability, and availability may be limited during peak travel seasons and/or holidays. Certain blackout dates apply and travel may be capacity controlled. Schedules are subject to change without notice. The Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash. The Grand Prize is transferable; however at no time may it be purchased, sold, bartered, or otherwise exchanged for value without prior consent from JetBlue. The Grand Prize cannot be sold or traded on auction websites. In the event that Grand Prize Winner elects for any reason not to use a component of the Grand Prize, such component will be forfeited, and no compensation or substitution for difference in Grand Prize value will be given. The air travel component of the Grand Prize will be provided by JetBlue, and is not available for use on codeshare alliance partner airlines. Passengers are subject and entitled to all provisions of JetBlue's Contract of Carriage except denied boarding and Bill of Rights compensation. JetBlue's Contract of Carriage is posted on the JetBlue website at http://www.jetblue.com/p/jetblue_coc.pdf. Redeemed travel is not eligible for TrueBlue points and may not be used in connection with a JetBlue Cruise. TrueBlue is JetBlue's flight gratitude program. Federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any fees, surcharges and/or service charges are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Taxes applicable to air transportation include Passenger Facility Charges of up to $9 each way, September 11th Security Fees of up to $5 each way and a Federal Segment Tax of $3.40 per domestic segment. A segment is a takeoff and landing. Puerto Rico travel also does not include a excise tax of $15.10 each way. International travel also does not include government fees and taxes of up to $72.05 each way. All taxes and fees must be paid at the time of purchase. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to ground transportation, meals, beverages, tips, and hotel incidentals. JetBlue is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay. Certain documentation and requirements may be necessary for travel, such as photo identification, passport, or visa. Grand Prize Winner and Guest are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary documentation and fulfilling any necessary travel requirements prior to travel. JetBlue reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers without the proper documentation. Other restrictions apply.

FIRST PRIZES
Four (4) first prize packages (the "First Prizes," and collectively with the Grand Prize, "Prizes") will be awarded to four (4) First Prize winners (the "First Prize Winners," and collectively with the Grand Prize Winner, the "Winners"). Each First Prize consists of a JetPaws Travel Kit and JetPaws Carrier. Each First Prize has an approximate retail value of $70.

WARRANTY BY ENTRANTS
By entering the Contest, you warrant that any photo you submit to JetBlue in connection with the Contest is original, was taken by you, does not violate any copyright laws, and does not plagiarize, libel, defame, disparage, slander or otherwise infringe on or violate the rights of any third parties. You further certify that you have obtained all necessary and appropriate approvals or consents from all persons and entities participating in or otherwise involved with the creation and production of the photo(s). You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JetBlue, its officers, directors, employees and affiliated organizations, and their respective officers, directors and employees, from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, liabilities and causes of action of whatsoever nature that are based upon or arise out of any breach by the you of these Official Rules or the warranties and representations made by you in this paragraph.

LICENSE BY ENTRANTS
By entering to the Contest, you grant to JetBlue a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to copy, distribute, display, adapt, publish and make derivative works from the photo(s) or portions of the photo(s) submitted with your entry, including your photographic likeness therein, in JetBlue's marketing materials in any media now known or hereafter created, including publication and distribution of the photo(s) or portions of the photo(s) on JetBlue's websites, without payment or any other consideration. You waive any right to inspect or approve the JetBlue marketing materials in which the photo(s) appear. You agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless JetBlue, and its employees, directors, officers, agents, subcontractors, and licensees from all claims, demands, and causes of action of any nature whatsoever which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf or your estate have or may have by reason of (i) JetBlue's exercise of any rights granted by in this paragraph; (ii) claims based on violation of any right of publicity rights or personality, infringement of copyright or trademark, libel, slander, defamation, invasion of privacy, loss of earnings or potential earnings in connection with JetBlue's use my the photo(s) you submit in connection with the Contest.

RELEASE BY ENTRANTS
By entering this Contest, you agree to release JetBlue and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death arising out of participating in this Contest, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and any travel related thereto.

DISPUTES
You agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain any award for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and JetBlue in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Contest or relating to these rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in the State of New York, County of New York, and the parties consent to jurisdiction therein with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these rules. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

INTERNET
If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the JetBlue that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, JetBlue reserves the right at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, at which time, JetBlue will select the Finalists or Winners as applicable from all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the time of the Contest termination in accordance with the previously announced selection criteria. JetBlue is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by JetBlue due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading any materials in this Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, JETBLUE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

USE OF INFORMATION
The information that you provide in connection with the Contest may be used by JetBlue in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is found at www.jetblue.com/privacy.html and which may be updated from time to time.

MISCELLANEOUS
JetBlue reserves the right to disqualify any entry for inappropriate content and/or failure to follow these Official Rules, including entries that JetBlue reasonably believes are not the original work of an entrant. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. JetBlue reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules as needed and its decisions are final. JetBlue reserves the right to correct typographical, clerical or printing errors in any contest materials and to cancel all or any portion of this contest if, for reasons beyond JetBlue's control, the contest is not capable of being run fairly or securely. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event the number of prize claims exceeds the number of prizes offered, JetBlue will select the Winners from all prize claims in accordance with the previously announced selection criteria.
