JetBlue Go Pack Terms

OVERVIEW: Each JetBlue Go Pack (‘Go Pack’) includes ten (10) Go Pack codes, each good for the base fare of a one-way, nonstop flight for one person on select routes. Government taxes and fees will apply to each one-way flight booked using a Go Pack and will vary depending on the particular route being flown. Please see AVAILABLE GO PACKS below for the price of each available Go Pack, the routes included in each available Go Pack, and the taxes and fees for each flight included in a particular Go Pack. Applicable taxes and fees must be paid at time of booking by the traveler using the Go Pack code. These taxes/fees are not included in your Go Pack price because you may elect not to take all ten (10) flights in your Go Pack or you may elect to share your Go Pack codes with others; taxes and fees will only be due for flights actually booked, and only the traveler using the Go Pack code will pay the taxes and fees for the particular flight being booked with that code. . *IMPORTANT*: All routes included in the SJU Go Pack are considered international. Proof of return ticket or travel to another destination (“onward travel”) is required for all international destinations. You must purchase a return flight or onward travel when booking any flight included in this SAN JUAN Go Pack, either by using another Go Pack code or purchasing an airline ticket on JetBlue or another airline. CUSTOMERS NOT HOLDING A RETURN/ONWARD TRAVEL TICKET COULD BE REFUSED ENTRY INTO AN INTERNATIONAL DESTINATION. A Go Pack may be purchased between 8/28/2012 and 9/6/2012 or while supplies last. You can use your Go Pack to book online between 9/12/2012 and 12/19/2012 for eligible travel between 9/13/2012 and 12/19/2012 (blackout dates: 11/20/12 – 11/26/12). The Go Pack codes in the Go Pack may be divided among multiple travelers, but each individual Go Pack code is valid for only one customer for one booking; if you and another traveler each wish to use a Go Pack code on the same flight, you must complete separate bookings using two separate codes. Go Pack may not be used to purchase other products or services that are sold separately, including, but not limited to, pet fees, Even More Space seats, excess, overweight or oversized checked baggage, in-flight movies, pillows and blankets, headsets, and beverages. Flight reservation change fees and cancellation penalties apply. Please review these Terms for complete and important information about Go Pack. Purchase and/or use of a Go Pack constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

PURCHASING A GO PACK: Go Packs may be purchased online at www.jetblue.com/gopack between 8/28/2012 and 9/6/2012 (11:59 PM ET) or while supplies last. Each Go Pack is valid for the base fare of ten (10) one-way, nonstop flights for the select routes covered by that Go Pack. Government taxes and fees will apply to each one-way flight booked using a Go Pack and will vary depending on the particular route being flown. Please see AVAILABLE GO PACKS below for the price of each available Go Pack, the routes included in each available Go Pack, and the taxes and fees for each flight included in a particular Go Pack. Applicable taxes and fees must be paid at time of actual flight booking using a major credit card by the traveler using the Go Pack code. These taxes/fees are not included in your Go Pack price because you may elect not to take all ten (10) flights in your Go Pack or you may elect to share your Go Pack codes with others; taxes and fees will only be due for flights actually booked, and only the traveler using the Go Pack code will pay the taxes and fees for the particular flight being booked with that code. A Go Pack cannot be exchanged and is non-refundable. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE GRANTED. JetBlue may, in its sole discretion, discontinue sale of Go Pack at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability to you. Go Pack must be purchased with a major credit card only (not using flight codes, TrueBlue points, travel certificates, travel bank credits, coupons, discounts, and/or other offers). You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to purchase a Go Pack.

AVAILABLE GO PACKS:

1) BOS/NYC/WAS Go Pack: $1,199 (plus $7 in government taxes/fees per one-way flight booked). This Go Pack includes ten (10) Go Pack codes, each good for the base fare of a one-way, nonstop JetBlue flight for one person on the following routes:

  • Boston, MA (BOS) to/from Washington-Reagan National (DCA)
  • Boston, MA (BOS) to/from Washington-Dulles (IAD)
  • Boston, MA (BOS) to/from Baltimore-Washington Thurgood Marshall (BWI)
  • New York, NY (JFK) to/from Boston, MA (BOS)
  • New York, NY (JFK) to/from Washington-Dulles (IAD)
  • New York Liberty Airport, NJ (EWR) to/from Boston, MA (BOS)

Each BOS/NYC/WAS Go Pack purchase is eligible for 7,200 TrueBlue points for TrueBlue members. A customer taking a BOS/NYC/WAS Go Pack flight that is cancelled by JetBlue will, at the customer’s option, receive reaccommodation on the next available JetBlue flight at no additional charge or fare, or a Travel Bank credit of $119. No replacement Go Pack code(s) will be given.

2) JFK Go Pack: $1,099 (plus $7 in government taxes/fees per one-way flight booked). This Go Pack includes ten (10) Go Pack codes, each good for the base fare of a one-way, nonstop flight for one person on the following routes:

  • New York, NY (JFK) to/from Buffalo, NY (BUF)
  • New York, NY (JFK) to/from Rochester, NY (ROC)
  • New York, NY (JFK) to/from Syracuse, NY (SYR)
  • New York, NY to/from Burlington, VT (BTV)
  • New York, NY (JFK) to/from Portland, ME (PWM)
  • New York, NY (JFK) to/from Pittsburgh, PA (PIT)

Each JFK Go Pack purchase is eligible for 6,600 TrueBlue points. A customer taking a JFK Go Pack flight that is cancelled by JetBlue will, at the customer’s option, receive reaccomodation on the next available JetBlue flight at no additional charge or fare, or a Travel Bank credit of $109. No replacement Go Pack code(s) will be given.

3) BOS Go Pack: $1,099 (plus $7 in government taxes/fees per one-way flight booked). This Go Pack includes ten (10) Go Pack codes, each good for the base fare of a one-way, nonstop flight for one person on the following routes:

  • Boston, MA (BOS) to/from Pittsburgh, PA (PIT)
  • Boston, MA (BOS) to/from Raleigh-Durham, NC (RDU)
  • Boston, MA (BOS) to/from Buffalo, NY (BUF)
  • Boston, MA (BOS) to/from Buffalo, NY (BUF)
  • Boston, MA (BOS) to/from Charlotte, NC (CLT)
  • Boston, MA (BOS) to/from Richmond, VA (RIC)

Each BOS Go Pack purchase is eligible for 6,600 TrueBlue points. A customer taking a BOS Go Pack flight that is cancelled by JetBlue will, at the customer’s option, receive reaccomodation on the next available JetBlue flight at no additional charge or fare, or a Travel Bank credit of $109. No replacement Go Pack code(s) will be given.

4) BOS/NYC–LA/SF Go Pack: $2,499 (plus $7 in government taxes/fees per one-way flight booked). This Go Pack includes ten (10) Go Pack codes, each good for the base fare of a one-way, nonstop flight for one person on the following routes:

  • Boston, MA (BOS) to/from Los Angeles, CA (LAX)
  • Boston, MA (BOS) to/from San Francisco, CA (SFO)
  • New York, NY (JFK) to/from Los Angeles, CA (LAX)
  • New York, NY (JFK) to/from San Francisco, CA (SFO)

Each BOS/NYC – LA/SF Go Pack purchase is eligible for 15,000 TrueBlue points. A customer taking a BOS/NYC – LA/SF Go Pack flight that is cancelled by JetBlue will, at the customer’s option, receive reaccomodation on the next available JetBlue flight at no additional charge or fare, or a Travel Bank credit of $249. No replacement Go Pack code(s) will be given.

5) LGB Go Pack: $999 (plus $7 in government taxes/fees per one-way flight booked). This Go Pack includes ten (10) Go Pack codes, each good for the base fare of a one-way, nonstop flight for one person on the following routes:

  • Long Beach, CA (LGB) to/from San Francisco, CA (SFO)
  • Long Beach, CA (LGB) to/from Oakland, CA (OAK)
  • Long Beach, CA (LGB) to/from Sacramento, CA (SMF)
  • Long Beach, CA (LGB) to/from Seattle, WA (SEA)
  • Long Beach, CA (LGB) to/from Portland, OR (PDX)
  • Long Beach, CA (LGB) to/from Las Vegas, NV (LAS)

Each LGB Go Pack purchase is eligible for 6,000 TrueBlue points. A customer taking a LGB Go Pack flight that is cancelled by JetBlue will, at the customer’s option, receive reaccomodation on the next available JetBlue flight at no additional charge or fare, or a Travel Bank credit of $99. No replacement Go Pack code(s) will be given.

6) PIT Go Pack: $899 (plus $7 in government taxes/fees per one-way flight booked). This Go Pack includes ten (10) Go Pack codes, each good for the base fare of a one-way, nonstop flight for one person on the following routes:

  • Pittsburgh, PA (PIT) to/from Boston, MA (BOS)
  • Pittsburgh, PA (PIT) to/from New York, NY (JFK)

Each PIT Go Pack purchase is eligible for 5,400 TrueBlue points. A customer taking a PIT Go Pack flight that is cancelled by JetBlue will, at the customer’s option, receive reaccomodation on the next available JetBlue flight at no additional charge or fare, or a Travel Bank credit of $89. No replacement Go Pack code(s) will be given.

7) SAN JUAN Go Pack: $699. Taxes and fees vary by route and are shown following each particular flight. This Go Pack includes ten (10) Go Pack codes, each good for one-way, nonstop flight for one person on the following routes:

  • From San Juan, PR (SJU) to Santo Domingo, DR (SDQ)
    • Taxes/Fees: $38.50
  • From Santo Domingo, DR (SDQ) to San Juan, PR (SJU)
    • Taxes/Fees: $68.80
  • From San Juan, PR (SJU) to St. Maarten (SXM)
    • Taxes/Fees: $7
  • From St. Maarten (SXM) to San Juan, PR (SJU)
    • Taxes/Fees: $61.85
  • From San Juan, PR (SJU) to St. Thomas, USVI (STT)
    • Taxes/Fees: $7
  • From St. Thomas, USVI (STT) to San Juan, PR (SJU)

Each SAN JUAN Go Pack purchase is eligible for 5,000 TrueBlue points. A customer taking a SAN JUAN Go Pack flight that is cancelled by JetBlue will, at the customer’s option, receive reaccomodation on the next available JetBlue flight at no additional charge or fare, or a Travel Bank credit of $69. No replacement Go Pack code(s) will be given. *IMPORTANT*: All routes included in this Go Pack are considered international. BOOKING: A Go Pack can be used to book flights online only between 9/12/2012 and 12/19/2012 (11:59 PM ET) at www.jetblue.com/gopack. After 12/19/2012, all Go Pack codes in your Go Pack will expire. Go Pack purchasers will receive an e-mail on 9/12/2012 containing their ten (10) individual Go Pack codes. You must save this email and/or write down your Go Pack code numbers, as you will need the specific Go Pack codes to use your Go Pack. Go Pack codes are case-sensitive, valid for new bookings only, may not be applied to existing reservations, and are good one-time only for the specified routes for the particular Go Pack. Each Go Pack code can only be used once by a single traveler. You must have your Go Pack code numbers in order to book travel using a Go Pack. Go Pack codes cannot be replaced if lost or stolen (except as required by law), and JetBlue is not responsible for lost or stolen Go Pack codes. Travel may be booked online using a Go Pack up to 90 minutes prior to scheduled departure, subject to flight availability and all booking window and travel window restrictions. Applicable government taxes and fees for any flight must be paid for using a major credit card at the time of booking by the traveler using the Go Pack code. See AVAILABLE GO PACKS for the amount of taxes/fees that apply to each Go Pack flight.

TRAVEL: Travel must take place between 12:00 AM Local Time on 9/13/2012 and 11:59 PM Local Time on 12/19/2012 and is subject to blackout dates of 11/20/12 to 11/26/2012. GO PACKS CANNOT BE USED FOR ANY TRAVEL BETWEEN 12:00 AM on 11/20/12 AND 11:59 PM ON 11/26/12. All travel using a Go Pack is subject to availability; all seats on qualifying routes are available for booking and subject to selling out. A Go Pack does not guarantee availability on any particular flight. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice or liability to you. Go Pack may not be used for partner, code share or interline flights. Go Pack is for air travel only and is not valid for use in connection with JetBlue Getaways vacation packages, Cruises, Gift Cards, merchandise at ShopBlue, hotel rooms, rental cars, or any other products or services.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: Changes to flight reservations made using a Go Pack code must be made prior to scheduled departure by calling 1-800-JET-BLUE and are subject to a fifty-dollar ($50) change fee, but not any fare difference. Name changes are not permitted after a ticket has been booked using a Go Pack code. Customers wishing to cancel a booking or who are “no shows” for their flight will forfeit the Go Pack code used for the booking; the code will not be returned or replaced. For cancellations, only applicable government taxes/fees will be refunded. For “no shows” no refund of any amounts will be granted. However, flight reservations made one week or more prior to a flight’s scheduled departure may be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours after the reservation is made; you will receive a replacement Go Pack code and a refund of taxes/fees in such case.

TRANSFERABILITY: Go Pack may not be sold, bartered, or otherwise exchanged for value. The Go Pack codes in a Go Pack may be divided among multiple travelers, but each individual Go Pack code is valid for only one customer for one booking; if you and another traveler each wish to use a Go Pack code on the same flight, you must complete separate bookings using two separate codes.

TRUEBLUE: You must be a TrueBlue member in order to earn TrueBlue Points on your Go Pack purchase. You may register for TrueBlue by visiting www.jetblue.com/trueblue. Each Go Pack purchase is eligible for TrueBlue points. Please see specific Go Packs to see how many TrueBlue points you will receive. All points will be awarded by or around 12/19/2012. Travel booked using a Go Pack is not eligible to earn additional TrueBlue points. TrueBlue Terms and Conditions apply.

ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS: Go Pack codes cannot be combined with other offers, cannot be partially redeemed, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash. Travel booked and flown using a Go Pack is subject to all provisions of JetBlue’s Contract of Carriage and Passenger Service Plan.
