Customer FAQ: Go Pack

Go Pack General Info

Q. Why should I purchase a Go Pack?

A. Go Pack is designed to provide customers who make frequent trips between the same group of cities. Go Pack offers convenience, simplicity and great value guaranteed to travel fast between metro areas—for work or leisure.

Q. Can I transfer my Go Pack to another person?

A. Yes. The Go Pack codes in a Go Pack may be divided among multiple travelers, but each individual Go Pack code is valid for only one customer for one booking; if you and another traveler each wish to use a Go Pack code on the same flight, you must complete separate bookings using two separate codes.

Q. Are Go Packs one-way or round-trip?

A: Each Go Pack code is good for one-way travel only. You must book a separate return trip using another code. This offers great flexibility if you’re not sure when you’re coming back.
