OverviewThis JetBlue Go Pack (“Go Pack”) includes ten (10) Go Pack codes, each good for a one-way, nonstop flight for one person between Boston, MA (BOS) to/from Washington-Reagan National (DCA); Boston, MA (BOS) to/from Washington-Dulles (IAD); or Boston, MA (BOS) to/from Baltimore, MD (BWI). Go Pack may be purchased between 4/9/2012 and 4/17/2012 or while supplies last. You can use your Go Pack to book online between 4/20/2012 and 6/27/2012 for eligible travel between 4/23/2012 and 6/27/2012. (All travel must be booked by 11:59 PM ET on 6/27/2012 and take place between 12:01 AM ET on 4/23/2012 and 11:59 PM ET on 6/27/2012). The Go Pack codes in the Go Pack may be divided among multiple travelers, but each individual Go Pack code is valid for only one customer for one booking; if you and another traveler each wish to use a Go Pack code on the same flight, you must complete separate bookings using two separate codes. Government taxes and fees of $7 will apply for each one-way flight booked and flown using a Go Pack, and these taxes/fees must be paid at time of booking by the traveler using the Go Pack code. Go Pack may not be used to purchase other products or services that are sold separately, including, but not limited to, pet fees, Even More Space seats, excess, overweight or oversized checked baggage, in-flight movies, pillows and blankets, headsets, or beverages. Purchasing a Go Pack: Go Pack may be purchased online at www.jetblue.com/gopack/BOS-DC between 4/9/2012 and 4/17/2012 or while supplies last for $699 (plus $7 government taxes/fees per one-way flight booked and flown). Go Pack is valid for ten (10) one-way, nonstop flights between Boston, MA (BOS) to/from Washington-Reagan National (DCA); Boston, MA (BOS) to/from Washington-Dulles (IAD); or Boston, MA (BOS) to/from Baltimore, MD (BWI). Flight schedules may change without notice. Taxes and fees must be paid for using a major credit card at the time of booking by the traveler using the Go Pack code.

Booking Travel: Travel using Go Pack must be booked online only using a Go Pack code number between 4/20/2012 and 6/27/2012 at www.jetblue.com/gopack/BOS-DC. Customers will receive an e-mail on 4/20/2012 containing their ten (10) individual Go Pack codes. Go Pack codes are case-sensitive, valid for new bookings only, may not be applied to existing reservations, and are good one-time only for the specified routes. Each Go Pack code can only be used once by a single traveler. Go Pack codes cannot be combined with other offers, cannot be partially redeemed, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash. You must have your Go Pack code numbers in order to book travel using a Go Pack. Go Pack codes cannot be replaced if lost or stolen (except as required by law), and JetBlue is not responsible for lost or stolen Go Pack codes. Travel may be booked using a Go Pack up to 90 minutes prior to scheduled departure, subject to flight availability and all booking window and travel window restrictions. $7 government taxes and fees per one-way flight must be paid for using a major credit card at the time of booking by the traveler using the Go Pack code.

Travel Using a Go Pack: Travel must be between 12:01 AM ET on 4/23/2012 and 11:59 PM ET on 6/27/2012. After 6/27/2012, all Go Pack codes in your Go Pack will expire. All travel using a Go Pack is subject to availability; all seats on qualifying routes are available for booking and subject to selling out. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice or liability to you. Go Pack may not be used for partner, code share or interline flights. Go Pack is for air travel only and is not valid for use in connection with JetBlue Getaways vacation packages, Cruises, Gift Cards, merchandise at ShopBlue, hotel rooms, rental cars, or any other products or services.

Changing/Cancelling Travel: Changes to flight reservations made using a Go Pack code must be made prior to scheduled departure by calling 1-800-JET-BLUE and are subject to a fifty-dollar ($50) change fee, but not any fare difference. Name changes are not permitted after a ticket has been booked using a Go Pack code. Customers wishing to cancel a booking or who are “no shows” for their flight will forfeit the Go Pack code used for the booking; the code will not be returned or replaced, and only applicable government taxes/fees will be refunded. However, flight reservations made one week or more prior to a flight’s scheduled departure may be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours after the reservation is made; you will receive a replacement Go Pack code and a refund of taxes/fees in such case.

Transferability: Go Pack may not be sold, bartered, or otherwise exchanged for value. The Go Pack codes in a Go Pack may be divided among multiple travelers, but each individual Go Pack code is valid for only one customer for one booking; if you and another traveler each wish to use a Go Pack code on the same flight, you must complete separate bookings using two separate codes.

TrueBlue: You must be a TrueBlue member in order to earn TrueBlue Points on your Go Pack purchase. You may register for TrueBlue by visiting www.jetblue.com/trueblue. Each Go Pack purchase is eligible for TrueBlue points. Customers that purchase GO PACK 10 will receive 4,200 TrueBlue points. All points will be awarded on or after 6/27/2012. Travel booked using a Go Pack is not eligible to earn additional TrueBlue points. TrueBlue Terms and Conditions apply.

Other restrictions: Travel booked and flown using a Go Pack is subject to all provisions of JetBlue’s Contract of Carriage and Passenger Service Plan. ANY VIOLATION OR ATTEMPT TO VIOLATE THESE GO PACK TERMS, IN JETBLUE’S SOLE DISCRETION, MAY RESULT IN YOUR FLIGHT RESERVATION BEING CANCELED AND/OR FORFEITURE OF GO PACK CODES OR YOUR ENTIRE GO PACK WITHOUT REFUND.
