Purchasing a Go Pack

• Go Pack may be purchased between 2/13/12 and 2/22/12 or while supplies last.
• Go Pack can only be purchased online at shop.jetblue.com
• Each Go Pack is eligible for TrueBlue points—earn 5,400 points when you purchase Go10; earn 9,600 points when you purchase Go20; and earn 12,600 points when you purchase Go30.
• Travel booked using a Go Pack is not eligible to earn additional TrueBlue points.
• Confirmation of your Go Pack purchase will be sent within 24-48 hours of your purchase and will include a link for booking your Go Pack flights.
• You will receive a separate email containing each individual Go Pack code number on 2/28/12.
• Go Packs are transferable, but cannot be sold, bartered or otherwise exchanged for value.

Booking flights with Go Pack

• Go Pack flights are available for booking once you receive your codes on 2/28/12 and through 5/23/12 up to 90 minutes prior to the scheduled flight.
• Go Pack flights can only be booked online at jetblue.com/promo
• Travel valid 3/1/12 through 5/23/12.
• Enter code in promo code field exactly as it appears (case sensitive).
• You must select the flight in order for appear your Go Pack code to apply. Once selected, you will see the Go Pack code applied the itinerary subtotal on the right side of the flights page.
• Government taxes and fees of $7 apply to each one-way flight and must be paid at the time of booking.
• Only one code per reservation, one customer per reservation and one passenger per booking. (The Go Pack codes may be divided among multiple travelers, but each individual code is valid for only one customer for one booking; if you and another traveler each want to use a Go Pack code on the same flight, you must complete two separate bookings using two separate codes.)
• Go Pack may be used to book new travel only and cannot be applied to existing reservations.
• Go Pack code numbers are required to book travel. JetBlue is not responsible for lost or stolen codes.

Traveling on a Go Pack

• Travel must be completed by 11:59 p.m. local time on 5/23/12.
• All seats on qualifying routes are available for booking, which means that they are subject to selling out.
• Flight schedules are subject to change without notice.
• Go Pack cannot be used for code share or interline flights.
• Go Packs are for the specified one-way air travel only and are not valid for JetBlue Getaways vacation packages, cruises, gift cards, merchandise at ShopBlue, hotel rooms, rental cars, or any other products/services sold separately, such as Even More Space seats, excess/overweight/oversized baggage, movies, pillows, etc.

Changes/cancellations/no-show policy

• Changes must be made prior to scheduled departure by calling 1-800-JET-BLUE (538-2583) and are subject to a fifty-dollar ($50) change fee, but not any fare difference.
• Name changes are not permitted after a ticket has been booked.
• Customers wishing to cancel a Go Pack booking or who are “no shows” for their flight will forfeit their Go Pack code and only applicable taxes/fees will be refunded. However, flight reservations made 1 week or more prior to a flight’s scheduled departure may be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours after the reservation is made, in which case you will receive a replacement code and a refund of taxes/fees.
