1. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of JetBlue Airways Corporation ("Sponsor"), BRIC Arts|Media|Bklyn and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries, airline locations, airline personnel, advertising and promotional agencies or persons or entities engaged in the development, production or distribution of Sweepstakes materials, the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) or members of the households of such employees and directors (whether or not related) are not eligible.
2. TO ENTER: This promotion begins at 7:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on Friday June 27, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM on Saturday August 9, 2008. To enter, visit http://www.jetblue.com/30summers during the promotional period and complete the online entry form. Only online entries will be accepted. Entries must include a valid email address for the entrant. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and shall not be returned. No photocopies, facsimiles or mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, mutilated or misdirected entries. No correspondence will be entered into, acknowledged or returned. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on August 9, 2008. Sweepstakes ends August 9. 2008.
3. WINNER SELECTION/RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Winners need not be present to win. Only one prize per entrant. The random drawing will be conducted on or about August 23, 2008. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by a representative of Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to this drawing. Winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail on or about August 23, 2008. Winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release that must be returned to Sponsor no later than ten (10) days after notification that he/she is a Winner.
4. PRIZES (30) AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): Prizes are five (5) Travel Certificates each good for non-stop round trip travel on JetBlue Airways for one person from the New York metro area to another JetBlue destination (ARV for each: $598.00), five (5) JetBlue Retro Bags (ARV for each: $18.00), five (5) Nalgene Bottles (ARV for each: $10.00), five (5) Summer Daze Totes (ARV for each: $16.39), five (5) Mini Umbrellas (ARV for each $13.11), five (5) Cosmetic Bags (ARV for each: $15.00). Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $2,990.00. Actual value of prizes may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable fees, service charges, surcharges or passenger facility charges, and all insurance, federal, state and local taxes, if any, and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of prize, including without limitation all meals, air and ground transportation, and gratuities. Each Travel Certificate is subject to the following terms and conditions: The travel certificate is valid for one (1) year, and all travel must be booked and flown within the valid dates shown on the certificate. Redeemed travel is subject to availability and seats may not be available on all flights. Certain blackout dates may apply and travel may be capacity controlled. Schedules are subject to change without notice. The certificate is transferable; however, at no time may it be purchased, sold, bartered, or otherwise exchanged for value without prior written consent from Sponsor. The certificate cannot be sold or traded on auction websites. Passengers are subject and entitled to all provisions of Sponsor's Contract of Carriage except denied boarding and Bill of Rights compensation. Sponsor's Contract of Carriage is posted on the JetBlue website at http://www.jetblue.com/p/jetblue_coc.pdf. Redeemed travel is not eligible for TrueBlue points. TrueBlue is Sponsor's flight gratitude program. Fees, taxes, surcharges and/or service charges are the responsibility of the passenger. Redemption of the certificate at a JetBlue airport ticket counter or online is not allowed. Loss of authorization number and PIN cannot be replaced. The certificate may be redeemed only for travel on JetBlue-operated flights. Not available for use on any partner airlines or in connection with JetBlue Getaways Vacation Packages or Cruises. Use of the certificate is subject to additional terms and conditions and other restrictions may apply.
5. GENERAL: SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID IN RHODE ISLAND, PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED. In the event the prize notification or a prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and distributed to an alternate winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winners' name, likeness and photographs for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold the Sponsor and its agencies harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement and merchandise delivery. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
6. DATA PROTECTION NOTICE: The information that you provide in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which may be updated from time to time. The Sponsor's Privacy Policy can be found at the bottom of the survey page labeled "Privacy Policy".
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
   1. By submitting an entry or accepting any prize, entrants agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsors, and their current and former officers, directors, shareholders, partners, members, employees, agents, attorneys, directors, officers, shareholders, contractors, successors, assigns and insurers (collectively "Sponsor Related Parties") from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, debts, demands, obligations, costs, fees, expenses, actions, causes of action and liabilities of any kind or nature whatsoever (including reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements) arising out of or in any way related to the Contests, these Official Rules, entrant's entry, the acceptance or use or misuse of any prize, any travel, any personal injuries, any death, or any property damage. Further, by submitting an entry or accepting any prize, entrants agree to forever waive, release, discharge and covenant not to sue the Sponsors and Sponsor Related Parties, of, for and from any and all claims, debts, liabilities, demands, obligations, costs, fees, expenses, actions and causes of action whatsoever, of every nature, character and description, known and unknown, including, but not limited to, all those arising out of or in any way related to the Contests, these Official Rules, entrant's entry, the acceptance or use or misuse of any prize, entrant's information, any travel, any personal injuries, any death, or any property damage. By submitting an entry, entrants represent and warrant that you have the authority to release the claims stated herein.
   2. Sponsors are not responsible or liable for printing or typographical errors in any -related materials, administration, announcement of prizes: stolen, lost, late, forged, defaced, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for any entries that for any reason are not received by Sponsors by the stated deadline, nor for any electronic miscommunication or failures, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate in this program. Sponsors reserve the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in Contest materials.
   3. Sponsors are not responsible for mutilated prize claim notifications, mail requests which are lost for any reason including, but not limited to, computer, telephone, paper transfer or human error or electronic, computer network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsors, which may cause the Contests to be disrupted or corrupted.
   4. Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate or suspend these Contests should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, systems malfunctions, failures or difficulties or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors and their agencies corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness and proper play or conduct of the Contests. Sponsors are not responsible for any prize quality or utility. Sponsors are not responsible for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading in connection with these Contests.
8. DISPUTES:
   1. By participating in the Contests, entrants further agree that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contests, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
   2. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Contests, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without reference to its conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.
   3. Any legal proceedings arising out of these Contests or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in the State of New York, County of New York, and the parties consent to jurisdiction therein with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these rules. The parties agree to waive any defense of lack of personal jurisdiction, forum non conveniens or improper venue.
   4. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
