Fly with your best friend with our JetPaws™ ALL YOUR PET CAN JET Pass. Enjoy unlimited pet travel from September 7 to December 31, 2012 — any day of the week. When you jet to your favorite cities, your four-legged companion can ride along for just $299 with the ALL YOUR PET CAN JET Pass.

ALL YOUR PET CAN JET PASS and JetBlue’s JetPaws program is a proud supporter of the 2012 American Humane Association Hero Dog Awards™.

What you get with an ALL YOUR PET CAN JET Pass:

  • ALLYOUR PET CAN JET Pass allows the Pass purchaser to add one pet to an unlimited number of JetBlue flight bookings for travel between 9/7/12 and 12/31/12 without paying the JetBlue standard pet fee of $100 for one-way and $200 for roundtrip flights.
  • The Pass does not include a ticket for air travel for the pet owner on JetBlue or provide any discounts for airfare; you still must purchase a ticket to fly.
  • Each Pass may be used by the purchaser only.

What Pets Can Jet:

  • JetBlue accepts small dogs and cats on both domestic and international flights other than to/from Jamaica, St. Lucia and Barbados. No other pets are permitted.
  • The combined weight of your pet and carrier may not exceed 20 pounds.
  • Only 4 pets are allowed on each flight and are booked on a first come, first served basis.
  • The first 3 pets booked on a flight can be booked over the phone (see “Using your ALL YOUR PET CAN JET Pass” below). The fourth and final pet must be booked at the airport ticket counter within 24 hours of departure.
  • ALL YOUR PET CAN JET Pass does not guarantee availability for your pet on a particular flight.
  • Pets can’t fly alone and must be accompanied by a customer. (The ALL YOUR PET CAN JET Pass owner must purchase a ticket and fly with the pet.)
  • Only one pet per customer.

Purchasing an ALL YOUR PET CAN JET Pass:

  • Purchase your ALL YOUR PET CAN JET Pass on ShopBlue between 8/29 and 9/5/12 or while supplies last for $299.
  • Passes are non-refundable after 9/5/12. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE GRANTED AFTER 9/5/12.
  • Each Pass may be used by the purchaser only. This means that you can use the Pass you purchase to travel with a different pet on different flights, but you can’t share your Pass with other people. If you want multiple people to be able to book travel and take trips with your pet, each of those people would need to buy an ALL YOUR PET CAN JET Pass.
  • Remember or write down the name and email address you provide when purchasing your Pass. That information will be required to book travel for your pet.

Using your ALL YOUR PET CAN JET Pass:

  • Use your ALL YOUR PET CAN JET Pass to add one pet to your JetBlue flight bookings for travel between 9/7/12 and 12/31/12.
  • Purchase your flight and book your pet travel together by calling 1-800-JETBLUE, and we’ll waive the $20 phone booking fee.
  • You can start booking pet travel on 9/7/12.
  • Inform the JetBlue representative that you are an ALL YOUR PET CAN JET Pass owner and provide the full name and email address that you supplied when purchasing your Pass.
  • Online reservations for pet travel are not available. It is best to book early. Remember, a limited number of pets are allowed on each flight.
  • ALL YOUR PET CAN JET Pass is valid on previous bookings for travel between 9/7/12 and 12/31/12. If you have already paid for your pet to jet with the standard $100 each-way pet fee, JetBlue will refund that payment. If you haven’t already booked your pet on your flight, you can use your Pass to add your pet, subject to pet capacity on your flight. Provide your TrueBlue number when you use your ALL YOUR PET CAN JET Pass, and you’ll receive 300 Points for one-way and 600 Points for roundtrip flights.

More rules and information for flying with your pet:

  • Use your ALL YOUR PET CAN JET Pass to add one pet to your JetBlue flight bookings for travel between 9/7/12 and 12/31/12.
  • Your pet and carrier count as one personal item onboard.
  • Your pet carrier cannot exceed 17"L x 12.5"W x 8.5"H and the combined weight of your pet and the carrier must not exceed 20 pounds.
  • Proper vet vaccination records and documentation may be required based on the destination of your trip.
  • At this time, we do not ship live animals as cargo or in the bellies of any aircraft.
  • When you arrive at the airport for your flight, check in your pet at the ‘Full Service’ counter.
  • Your pet must remain in its carrier underneath the seat in front of you for the duration of your flight.

Restrictions: The JetPaws™ All Your Pet Can Jet Pass (the “Pet Pass”) allows the purchaser (the “Pass Owner”) to add one (1) pet (small dog or cat only) to an unlimited number of JetBlue flight bookings for travel between September 7, 2012 and December 31, 2012 without paying the JetBlue standard pet fee of $100 for one-way and $200 for roundtrip flights. The Pet Pass does not include a ticket for air travel on JetBlue or provide any discount for air travel; you must still purchase a ticket to fly. The Pet Pass may be used by the individual Pass Owner only to travel with one (1) pet, meaning that a Pass Owner can use the Pet Pass to travel with a different pet on different flights, but anyone booking travel for a pet (even if it is a Pass Owner’s pet) must be a Pass Owner. Pets cannot travel alone and must be accompanied by a customer. Only one (1) pet is allowed per customer. The combined weight of your pet and the carrier must not exceed twenty (20) pounds. Only four (4) pets are allowed on each flight; a Pet Pass does not guarantee availability for your pet on a particular flight. Pet Passes valid on JetBlue flights only; not valid on partner, code share or interline flights. Pet Passes may be purchased between August 29 and September 5, 2012 or while supplies last.
