JetBlue in the community

JetBlue was founded with a core set of values and on the principles of serving one another and treating people right. To that end, we support over 700 nonprofit organizations each year in destinations throughout the Americas. In addition to charitable giving, we encourage our crewmembers and our communities to give their time and get involved through annual volunteer projects, engagement programs, and several signature initiatives.

We primarily focus our time and resources on four causes: health and wellness, education, environment, and community. In addition to work we undertake on our own, we also partner with several major national partners including First Book, Do Something, KaBOOM!, Carbonfund.org, American Cancer Society, and Soaringwords.

Requesting support for your charity

If you’d like to be considered for a JetBlue charitable donation, we’ll need you to submit an online request at www.jetblue.com/wecare. Due to the volume of requests we receive, please allow six weeks for yours to be processed. Be sure to include your organization’s nine-digit nonprofit tax ID number. If you are requesting on behalf of an organization and don’t know this number, we recommend you speak with a development officer at the organization you’re representing. Requests that are incomplete cannot be processed.
