FAA Statement on Samsung Galaxy Note 7

Please be advised, the Federal Aviation Administration has issued a precautionary recommendation for customers traveling with a Samsung Galaxy Note 7 mobile device following reports of potential safety concerns. In accordance with this guidance, customers are requested not to turn on or charge Samsung Galaxy Note 7 devices onboard the aircraft or store them in any checked baggage.  Additionally, customers are asked to disable any applications that may turn the phone on automatically.

Zika Virus

Customers traveling to/from destinations reported by the CDC to be affected by the Zika virus may qualify to make changes to their current travel plans to alternate destinations or travel dates. Customers may also opt for a refund. Original travel must have been booked on or before August 31, 2016. If you are traveling on a Getaways package, a full refund is not always available and hotel penalties may apply. Please contact us by phone to request a change or refund.
