Due to inclement weather forecasted to impact the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast and New England regions, we will waive change/cancel fees and difference in airfare for customers traveling on Monday, February 15, 2016 to/from the following airports:

-Albany, NY (ALB)

-Baltimore, MD (BWI)

-Boston, MA (BOS)

-Buffalo, NY (BUF)

-Burlington, VT (BTV)

-Hartford, CT (BDL)

-New York, NY (LGA)

-New York, NY (JFK)

-Newark, NJ (EWR)

-Newburgh, NY (SWF)

-Philadelphia, PA (PHL)

-Portland, ME (PWM)

-Providence, RI (PVD)

-Raleigh/Durham, NC (RDU)

-Richmond, VA (RIC)

-Rochester, NY (ROC)

-Syracuse, NY (SYR)

-Washington, DC (DCA)

-Washington, DC (IAD)

-Westchester County, NY (HPN)

-Worcester, MA (ORH)

Affected customers may rebook their flights for travel through Monday, February 22, 2016 prior to the departure time of their original flight. Customers with cancelled flights may opt for a refund.

Original travel must have been booked on or before Saturday, February 13, 2016. To rebook travel or request a refund online, click here. If you are already checked in for your flight, please call us for assistance with rebooking or a refund. Customers are encouraged to check the current status of their flight before heading to the airport.

Zika Virus

Customers traveling to/from destinations reported by the CDC to be affected by the Zika virus may qualify for a refund or the option to make changes to their current travel plans to alternate destinations or travel dates. Original travel must have been booked on or before February 12, 2016, and we are currently offering changes through March 14, 2016. Please contact us by phone to request a change or refund.
